RHOC Recap: Alexis Bellino Sends Shannon Beador an ‘Olive Branch’ as Her Ex-Boyfriend John Janssen Returns – All About The Real Housewives

On Thursday’s episode of RHOC, Shannon Beador made it clear that nothing can change her feelings about Alexis Bellino – not even an olive branch.

On the October 3rd episode of RHOC, Shannon Beador celebrated her 60th birthday, and noticeably absent from the tea party to celebrate the occasion was her nemesis, Alexis Bellino.

Despite being uninvited from the party, Alexis still decided to send Shannon a gift and message. However, Shannon didn’t receive the olive branch well.

“Happy 60th,” Shannon read the card aloud to the rest of the RHOC cast. “I genuinely hope this olive branch can bring you a fresh start as you begin this new decade. May god bless you with happiness and good health on this milestone.”

Shannon, who sat next to Alexis’ bouquet with an olive branch in it, told her RHOC co-stars that she was not going to make amends with Alexis and that she didn’t want to talk about her anymore.

“It’s nine weeks too late,” Shannon explained. “I feel like there’s been a lot of unkind things done, and I have no interest in being friendly with her, and I don’t think anywhere in the universe anyone in my position would feel differently.”

She went on to note that her ex-boyfriend John Janssen, who is now dating Alexis, must have “coached” her and encouraged her to send the note.

“The coming after me didn’t work, so now the coach is saying that, ‘You’ve gotta be overly nice to her,’” Shannon quipped. 

“Oh my god, we’re gonna blame it on John,” Tamra Judge said in her confessional. “This is what Shannon does. Why can’t Alexis just send her flowers to be nice?”

“Shannon’s exhausting,” Tamra continued.

Afterward, Shannon drafted a text to Alexis about the upcoming RHOC season 18 cast trip to London. However, the ladies told her she was being too harsh in her text. The next day, Jennifer Pedranti and Katie Ginella went to Alexis’ house to tell her about the trip, but they learned that Shannon had already sent the text.

“My last effort was to extend an olive branch. Unfortunately, I keep hitting a brick wall,” Alexis said before reading the text aloud.

“Hello, Alexis, it’s Shannon Beador. I am hosting a trip to Europe with my friends and just wanted to make it clear that you are not invited,” Shannon’s text message read. “That should be quite understandable given the circumstances. Thank you for the flowers, but I am not interested in any olive branch.”

A teary-eyed Alexis said she was “done” trying to bring “peace” to the RHOC cast.

“You know what, I’ve tried it on all girls,” she told Katie and Jenn. “Now I’m f—ing done. What is she so hung up on?”

While Katie explained that John’s lawsuit weighed on Shannon, Jenn noted, “It’s very hard. If you guys were just moving on that would be different.”

“Her actions have caused all this,” Alexis fired back. “If she didn’t borrow the money and she had paid it back, we wouldn’t be in this position, would we?”

Then John appeared in front of the cameras after previously vowing to be a part of this season of RHOC. In a confessional interview with Alexis, John explained why he had filed a lawsuit against Shannon for $75k after he had loaned her the money to get a facelift.

“I didn’t want to take legal action, but my hands were tied as I was days away from crossing the statute of limitations of being able to do anything legally,” he revealed, claiming he had no other choice but to file a lawsuit against his ex. “[Shannon] 100% knew these were loans; I have proof of that. Shannon sent me an email admitting it was a loan, so the comments about these being gifts are patently false.”

“Shannon has an interesting relationship with the truth,” he claimed.

“This is unbelievable,” Alexis cried while looking over Shannon’s text message again and talking with Jenn and Katie.

Jenn and Katie pleaded with Alexis to stay friends with the group; however, Alexis insisted she was “done” before ushering the women out of her house.

“I love you guys. Thank you for being the horrible communicators,” Alexis said before Jenn finished her sentence, saying, “Of the horrible news.”

A sobbing Alexis slammed the door and went upstairs to a waiting John.

“That’s bulls—,” Jenn told Katie of Alexis’ behavior.

“We didn’t want to come over here and do this,” Katie replied, with Jenn adding, “Somebody had to tell her.”

The episode ended with Alexis saying, “F— them.”
