Iconic actress Dame Maggie Smith recently passed away on September 27, 2024 at the age of 89. This woman was extremely talented and she was so much fun to watch in the film and TV projects that she appeared in over the years.
Antoine Ruault of Cinevore has created a beautiful video tribute to Smith and it appropriately showcases her incredible talent. He also focused on her amazing performance as the witty Lady Violet Crawley of Downton Abbey.
Smith once said of her life and career: “Sometimes think that I’ve had so much luck and so much good fortune that it frightens me somehow. I think I just get over tense and nervous. There’s so many different areas that are waiting for it all to be per perfect, you know sound the light. So it’s it’s a huge responsibility.”
