McDonald’s has recently announced the launch of its latest delicacy, the Chicken Big Mac in its outlets in the United States. After the food item’s launch in other countries like the United Kingdom, it turned out to be a big success. Hence, foodies who have been waiting for the arrival of this food item in McDonald’s across the US, can now finally have the chance to devour it firsthand.
Here is what the spokesperson from McDonald’s US disclosed about the fan-favorite burger’s arrival in US outlets.
McDonald’s to launch Chicken Big Mac in US
The Chicken Big Mac will be available at outlets across the US from October 10. McDonald’s US made the announcement in a recent press conference.
According to a report by CNN, the burger is an upgrade to the usual Big Mac with double chicken patties. Moreover, it has captivated the tastebuds of foodies across the UK before entering the US market.
In the official press release, Tariq Hassan, the customer experience and chief marketing officer of McDonald’s US, said, “With the introduction of the Chicken Big Mac, we’re excited to pay homage to one of our most iconic menu items, the Big Mac, and introduce it to a whole new generation of fans.”
Hassan added, “By tapping into some of our fans’ biggest passions from dupe culture to live-streaming, we’re able to serve up more than just a sandwich. There truly is something for everyone to enjoy in this campaign and we’re bringing experiences that will surprise and delight them, all before the Chicken Big Mac hits restaurants.”
The Chicken Big Mac received a favorable response in the UK earlier and got sold out upon release. CNN further states that the burger will replace the beef patties with the chicken ones. In addition, it will include pickles, and American cheese, dressed with the famous Big Mac sauce.
