SEAL Team Season 7 has concluded. The finale of the last season of the drama series was laced with numerous twists and turns. Fans were eagerly waiting for the episode to find out who would die in the series and the fate of Ross Curtis.

Here is everything you need to know about what happened to Curtis in the series.

Does Curtis die in the SEAL Team Season 7 Finale?

Yes, Curtis does die in the SEAL Team Season 7 Finale.

The season finale picks up events from the previous episode with Jason and Drew’s mission to assassinate Ross Curtis. The two need to punish him for betraying his own industry. While Bravo 1 and Bravo 6 manage to track down Curtis in a small village, Jason falls weak. He is unable to shoot the traitor as he begins to see his reflection in Curtis.

Jason has been consumed by guilt and has even grown distant from his loved ones after killing a terrorist in Season 7’s premiere. He starts feeling that he is just like Curtis, who doesn’t deserve to be forgiven after killing so many people as a Navy SEAL. As a result, he puts his gun down in front of Curtis and starts to walk away.

However, Drew finishes off the mission by killing Curtis. Apart from Curtis’ treason against the US, he wanted to seek revenge for the former’s involvement in attempting to kill his brothers. Additionally, Drew felt that leaving Curtis alive would have ruined Jason’s career because he was indirectly sparing a traitor’s life.

Thus, the newest member of the Bravo completes a deadly mission and even saves the leader’s career. Additionally, Jason overcomes his guilt after his positive encounter with the wife of the first terrorist he killed. She refuses to hold him accountable for his actions as an army man and thus Jason continues to lead the Navy Seals.

SEAL Team Season 7 is available to stream on Paramount Plus.
