Attorney Details Diddy’s Alleged Sexual Assault • Hollywood Unlocked

An attorney representing multiple accusers of Sean “Diddy” Combs disclosed shocking and disturbing information regarding an alleged rape incident involving the mogul, as he continues to face legal challenges. 

During an appearance on “Banfield” on Monday, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd shared the specifics of her client’s alleged assault, announcing her intention to file a new lawsuit against the incarcerated music mogul within the week. “My client was raped by Mr. Combs, his bodyguard and a friend who invited my client to his home to set up this whole situation,” Mitchell-Kidd alleged.

The attorney claimed that Combs threatened her client “with a knife” and coerced her into removing her clothing before pouring an oil-like substance over her, which she suggested could have been laced with a date rape drug such as “GHB.”

“And then he takes what she believes is some type of liquid substance out of a bag, out of a fanny pack, to be specific, and he squirts it at her,” she alleged. “And she originally thought it was like acid or something, but then she realized that it was some type of lubricant or oil.”

As we previously reported, Tony Buzbee, the attorney representing 120 people accusing Diddy of sexual assault is spoke out again and recently gave an update about his investigation.

“I think the indictment and the arrest kind of gave people a little more comfort that they had more safety and support to step forward,” Buzbee stated while speaking with Law & Crime.  “When I made an announcement that I was going to pursue this case, the floodgates really opened. In a 10-day period we got 3,200 calls and then from the press conference we had yesterday, we had 12,000 calls in about 24 hours.”

During the press conference that was held on October 1, Buzbee revealed that his clients—one of whom was only 9 years old during the alleged incident—had stepped forward with accusations against Combs, which included “violent sexual assault or rape, facilitated sex with a controlled substance, dissemination of video recordings” and “sexual abuse of minors.”
