In one video, the popular Playboy model decides to pose in a backward baseball cap and a tiny bikini amid a field of sunflowers. She seemed to be having a blast in the video and decided to share some tips with her followers on how to feel happier, starting with practicing mindfulness.

She also suggested following healthy habits like eating well, writing, “A balanced diet can make a big difference in how you feel. Incorporate more fruits and veggies into your meals.”
