Dua Lipa Impresses Doing Braless Yoga In High Heels

Dua Lipa turned heads with her flexible yoga display in 2022. In May of that year, the 29-year-old answered Vogue’s 73 Questions, but not without an impressive show of her agility. Delivering her moves in a stylish outfit as she rocked a party look complete with high heels, Dua stretched her body into a wowing headstand, and fans are still talking about the video. In April of this year, a fan on X reposted footage of the “Training Season” singer’s stretching session, one showing her clad in a backless top, jeans, and heels. Dua is known for her love of yoga, joining other celebrity yogis including singer Miley Cyrus and supermodel Gisele Bundchen.

Rocking crisscross strings across her back as she went braless in her bright look, Dua added dark blue jeans, highlighting hints of her curves as she teased her long legs.

Easing herself into a headstand, Dua flaunted her skillset as she moved her body into a perfect headstand, elevating both legs slowly into the air and holding her pose. Affording a view of her purple glitter heels, the Grammy winner eventually resumed a more comfortable position, dramatically flipping her dark hair and sending the camera a smile.

In a caption, the fan wrote: “Just Dua Lipa doing her yoga wearing the area ss22 embroidered crystal butterfly top, jeans, and heels during her 73 questions with Vogue.”

Wearing a more traditional workout wardrobe in this Instagram photo, Dua reminded fans of her zen energy as she stretched her arms out behind her while folding one leg beneath her. Rocking tight black leggings and a slightly cropped shirt, the British sensation highlighted her super-toned legs, also delivering a calm energy.

“I love mixing up lots of different training, finding different workouts in whatever city I’m in, whether it’s yoga, Pilates, boxing or spinning,” Dua told Marie Claire as she discussed her versatile exercise regimen. “Whatever it is, I try to change it up every day to keep things interesting. When you’re on a tour bus, every day and every place is different, so you never know what you’re going to find. That’s always one way to keep it interesting,” she added.

As to the results of Dua’s workouts, they were more than visible in this poolside snap as the singer sizzled in a minuscule string bikini.
