Alexis Skyy has released a statement after her former best friend Anthony Gaskin accused her of assault. The Shade Room spoke exclusively with the reality star, who shared her side of the story and claimed that Anthony attacked her three weeks earlier in front of her daughter.

Here’s What Anthony Said About The Alleged Attack
In a TikTok video shared by TSR, Anthony Gaskin claimed he was walking into his apartment when Alexis Skyy allegedly strolled in “out of it” behind him. He said she brought two others with her and started attacking him.
Anthony reveals that when he tried to walk away, Alexis allegedly punched him in the face, then another girl hit him, and a guy kicked him in the ribs, leaving him with a “fractured rib.” In the video, he even pulls back his mouth to show how they supposedly knocked out one of his teeth. Anthony goes on to say that he’s scared and Alexis has kept making threats against him.
“To physically attack me is uncalled for. I was attacked. I was [hurt]. And it really bothered me, guys, I just can’t do this,” Anthony says while holding back tears.
Anthony also posted several photos on Instagram revealing his two bruised black eyes and a scratch above his eyebrow. In the caption, he called out Alexis Skyy for pretending to be family and insisted that now that she’s purportedly assaulted him, it’s time to put a stop to it. He emphasized his fight for justice has only just begun.
“The images you’re seeing of myself are just the start I have been emotionally distraught and physically beaten to the core … when a person loves money and fame more than her own child that she leaves with random strangers in Atl & don’t tend too…I had to stop and think if she don’t give af about who watch’s her Kid how could she care about me this story has twist and turns but the fight for justice has just been began , to get jumped and assaulted is not right and to be lied on as far as your sexual health is not only a jab , it’s very offensive and very hurting especially when this stuff is not true,” Anthony wrote.
Furthermore, Anthony stated that he’s ready to stand up for himself and won’t accept an apology for the physical attack. He also mentioned that the incident has affected his self-esteem and trust in genuine friendships.
“I’m prepared to stand up for myself and not to take I’m sorry for a response because the verbal abuse has gone on too long and now getting physically attacked has not only affected me & my business … my self esteem has dropped & faith in good solid friendships has went out the door… I’m standing up for other gay males in the industry that have and our being mistreated, in the words of Whitney Houston it’s not right and it’s not OK ! #fight4whatright”
Alexis Skyy Reacts To Assault Accusations From Ex-BFF
During her conversation with TSR, Alexis didn’t provide details about what led to the alleged assault. However, she did mention that Anthony keeps bringing up her daughter and she suggested that he has mental health issues.
“He is sitting playing the whole victim, like he has real mental health issues. He needs to keep his mouth shut. He is a whole man, idc gay or not. He hit me in my face in front of my kid,” Alexis said. “Everyone in the industry knows he runs his mouth nonstop and I was the only one giving still giving him a chance.”
Skyy shared that the altercation left her with “bleeding nails,” and she recalled how he threw an air freshener in her face before actually putting his hands on her. She also mentioned that she chose to defend herself by “hitting him with a frying pan.”
Additionally, the ‘Love and Hip Hop’ star revealed that Anthony Gaskin used to be her assistant and he signed an NDA. The ‘Love and Hip Hop’ star stated that she plans to take legal action against Anthony for breaking that agreement.
Anthony Claps Back At Alexis
Anthony kept the shade coming on his Instagram Story, calling out Alexis for her so-called spirituality. He clarified that he never criticized her daughter, Alaiya Grace, but he did have thoughts on her parenting.
“Alexis Skyy put her hands on the wrong 1,” Anthony wrote on his IG Story. “Nothing negative was said about lay lay! I love her child. I mentioned her parenting! Everyone knows she lacks when it comes to being a mom I was trying to support her.”
Anthony also joined The Shade Room comment section to share his thoughts on Alexis’ previous stance on supporting Donald Trump. He left a comment on a video TSR shared featuring an interview she did with KISS 104.1.
“I’m telling y’all this is why as her best friend I distanced myself from her ! Just will do anything for money including leaving her child with random strangers,” Anthony wrote.
Roommates, if you recall Alexis claimed to be voting for Trump as he runs in the 2024 presidential election. However, shortly after she backpedaled on the claims after learning about his plans for the Department of Education. She shared a post on her IG confirming that the radio interview was done prior to learning about DOE plans and that she decided to do some research to know more about him.
“The interview I did regarding voting was done prior to Trump’s statement on the Department of Education. Initially, I wanted to vote for Trump for my own personal reasons. After familiarizing myself with both candidates, I will no longer be voting for him,” Alexis wrote on her IG Story.
