RHOM couple Alexia and Todd Nepola have filed new paperwork to press pause on their ongoing divorce as they work on reconciling.
Earlier this month, Alexia Nepola and her estranged husband, Todd Nepola, filed new court documents agreeing to postpone their divorce proceedings for 90 days.
Us Weekly reports that the RHOM couple are working out how to move their marriage forward behind the scenes.
“Alexia and Todd’s divorce is up in the air,” a source tells Us Weekly. “They are trying to see what’s best for them, even if that means reconciling. They are still in contact and are still trying to figure out what it all looks like for them. They are figuring out what is the best decision moving forward for all of them.”
“The divorce is still filed; it’s just on hold at the moment,” the source continues. “No one has filed any further paperwork or come to a final decision either way.”
Meanwhile, a second source says that Alexia and Todd Nepola are “on and off,” adding, “She’s conflicted and loves him. If she sticks it out and they stay together, she wants it to work long term.”
This news isn’t that shocking considering the RHOM couple were spotted packing on the PDA during Labor Day weekend last month.
Alexia and Todd Nepola “weren’t shy about packing on the PDA, even kissing, cuddling and holding hands in front of fellow hotel guests,” the tipster told Page Six at the time. “They were all over each other. Their chemistry is still off the charts.”
Since splitting earlier this year, this wasn’t the first time the RHOM couple fell back into each other’s arms.
In June, Alexia Nepola revealed that she and Todd had been hooked up since he filed for divorce.
As previously reported, Todd filed for divorce from Alexia in April after two years of marriage.
In the filing, Todd claimed his marriage to Alexia is “irretrievably broken.” The court filing also revealed that the estranged couple signed a prenuptial agreement on December 10, 2021 — six days before they tied the knot on December 16.
