Kalenna Harper Weighs In On Cassie’s Lawsuit Against Diddy

Kalenna Harper is continuing to share her thoughts on Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs amid his ongoing legal troubles. Harper first addressed allegations involving Diddy after Dawn Richard filed a sexual assault lawsuit on September 11. Now, Kalenna shares her views on working with Combs, Cassie and being named in Dawn’s lawsuit.

Kalenna Describes Diddy’s Energy & Reacts To Dawn Richard’s Lawsuit

In an episode of ‘Trappin’ Anonymous,’ Chris Stylez delves into Diddy’s situation, allowing Kalenna Harper to share her perspective. During the chat, Kalenna reflected on her time with Combs and being a member of Diddy—Dirty Money, calling it “one of the best times of her life.” 

“I mean Sean Combs is like bigger than life. I mean, first of all, Sean has always been somebody that I wanted to be like. He’s always been somebody who [inspired] me as a Black man with a voice. He’s larger than life, he gets what he wants, he goes out for it, he’s a hard worker. So, leading up to meeting Puff, it was all about being great enough for him to see that. Not the work ethic, but the actual talent.” Harper explained.

Additionally, Kalenna emphasized that Combs always elevated the energy, no matter the setting. She also compared him to “coffee and coc*ine.” 

Also, in the interview, Kalenna revealed that she and Dawn never discussed Dawn’s mention of her in the lawsuit against Diddy. However, she stated that once she found out, she was “angry and pissed.”

“All of sudden it’s like a rib shot, cause it’s like Dawn knows me. And she knows that if something was ever going on all she had to do was say something,” Kalenna said.

Regarding Dawn Richard’s lawsuit, Kalenna said that she wants what Dawn is saying to be true and questions why it took her so long to speak out. Furthermore, the singer said she was standing on business regarding Dawn, adding that she doesn’t “f**k with her like that” and that Richard is “weird.” She also claimed that she never saw her acting fearful around Combs while they were both in Diddy – Dirty Money.

Harper Shares Her Thoughts On Cassie & Combs’ Relationship

Harper also discussed Cassie and her relationship with Diddy. She stated that she “loved her to death” but described her as “naive.” She also alleged that Cassie “liked getting high” and liked to party.

“I saw Cassie grow up from a little girl that was willing to give everybody motherf**king lap dances basically, get drunk and just have a good marvel time.”

Furthermore, the singer spoke on the viral gut-wrenching video of Combs assaulting Cassie, claiming she never witnessed any abuse between them.

“I didn’t see how she was being kept and somewhere she didn’t want to be. I didn’t see that,” she said. “I didn’t see that dichotomy while I was there.”

Harper said everything seemed “normal” to her then as she dealt with her own issues while Combs and Cassie dated. She added that Cassie’s lawsuit against Combs surprised her. However, she wishes she could’ve heard Cassie’s full truth and would have handled things differently if she were in her shoes.

“I wish they would’ve talked about all of the beautiful moments she had with Puff too. I was shocked to say the least. I just didn’t think she had that in her, but good for her,” Harper stated.

Here’s What Kalenna Harper Previously Said About Dawn’s Abuse Allegations Against Diddy

In September, TSR reported Kalenna Harper’s response to Dawn Richard’s lawsuit accusing Sean Combs of sexual abuse. At that time, Harper also denied witnessing any abuse by Combs toward Cassie.

“While I fully respect Dawn’s right to recount her experiences, I want to emphasize that her account reflects her personal perspective and should not be interpreted as a universal truth applicable to everyone,” Harper said in a statement.”

She clarified that she was present for some of the incidents Dawn described but said those experiences didn’t align with her own, according to TMZ.

“It’s important to understand that while I was present in some of the same professional settings mentioned, many of the allegations and incidents described in this suit are not representative of my experiences, and some do not align with my own truth,” Harper continued.
