Kyle Richards’ daughters Alexia Umansky, Sophia Umansky, and Portia Umansky were reportedly brought into their dad Mauricio Umansky’s legal battle for conservatorship over his father Eduardo’s estate. Meanwhile, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills OG – who’s now separated from Mauricio – attended her friend Morgan Wade’s concert in South Africa.
In August, Mauricio and his sister Sharon reportedly filed a petition to be co-conservators for their dad. Per court documents, the siblings alleged that Eduardo’s longtime girlfriend Simin was isolating and controlling him, and she was using undue influence to spend his money.
In Touch obtained court docs showing that Alexia, Sophia, and Portia signed paperwork indicating that they’re aware of Mauricio and their aunt Sharon’s attempts to have control over Eduardo’s finances.
The three daughters informed the court that they don’t need to be told of future hearings. They executed this paperwork on October 21.
Eduardo approved Sharon and Mauricio’s appointment as co-conservators.
During the recent hearing, a judge OK’d the conservatorship of their father’s estate.
The ruling stated, “The Court finds that sufficient evidence has been provided to grant the matter on calendar this date based upon the reading of the moving papers and consideration of all presented evidence.”
The judge continued, “The Court finds from clear and convincing evidence that a Conservatorship of the Estate is necessary and appropriate in that the Proposed Conservatee is unable to care for his/her financial affairs and is subject to undue influence and the Conservatorship is the least restrictive alternative needed for the protection of Conservatee.”
The judge additionally scheduled a January hearing to decide if Sharon and Mauricio will get more powers under the conservatorship.
Recently, Sharon filed a restraining order alleging that Simin physically attacked her. Simin then filed for a restraining order against her, and she claimed Sharon is conspiring against her concerning Eduardo.
Amid the legal drama, Kyle traveled to South Africa and saw Morgan’s concert.
In photos shared by Bravo TV, Kyle snapped pics of Morgan’s face on a giant screen at the concert, as Morgan sang and played guitar.
“[Morgan Wade] killed it last night at [DHL Stadium] in Cape Town!” wrote Kyle over one image. Over the other pic, she added, “[Morgan Wade] & the gang on fire at the [Cape Town Country Festival].”
Last week, Kyle posted photos of a safari trip with Morgan and their friends. A few days later, Morgan shared that she was “down for a whole day” after she took malaria pills. Morgan declared, however, that she wouldn’t miss seeing a lion “this time.”
“Best guide & tracker ever!” said Kyle in a caption of a safari photo. “Not only did we see the Big 5 but also the Super 7. Thank you Oupa and Emanuel.”
According to worldwildlife.org, the ‘Big 5’ are “the lion, leopard, rhino, elephant and African buffalo.” The ‘Super 7’ includes wild dogs and the cheetah.
