Carrie Underwood has finally shared the secret to her killer legs, posting an Instagram video showing her exact workout routine while promoting her Fit52 workout app. In October, the 41-year-old delighted her followers in gym mode, sharing an array of home exercise moves as she was joined by trainer and app co-founder Eve Overland. Flaunting her jaw-dropping body in a skintight spandex look, Carrie looked stylish in a leggings and tank combo from her CALIA range, and fans in the comments could speak of nothing but her famous legs. Carrie founded her app in 2020.

Filmed in an indoor space as she warned fans that her leg workouts can be “intense,” the American Idol winner promised that an adapted version would be provided, although she did deliver the hardcore stuff.

“Grab a set of dumbbells, heavier weights if you have them,” Carrie said before sharing snippets from her training sessions.

Rocking a sleek ponytail and a glossy lip stain, Carrie looked impossibly glamorous for her shoot, one set to make everyone “feel the burn.” Fans saw the country singer squatting with weights from a mat, then getting her heart rate up with energetic touchdowns. Working her firm glutes with some Bulgarian Split Squats, Carrie continued with the full catalog of her leg workout game, writing:

“Leg day is the best day.” Posting jointly with Fit52, the mom of two added: “The famous Leg Workout from @carrieunderwood is a super spicy burn, so we’ve added a new 10-minute Guided Workout with more beginner-friendly modifications and low-impact options led by @eveoverlandfitness.”

“And this is exactly why Carrie’s legs look amazing,” one fan replied, gaining over 80 likes. “Best legs ever,” another wrote. Carrie is known for squeezing in workouts whenever she can. She’s also been in the fitness game for years, having launched her CALIA clothing line back in 2015.

Calling fitness her “passion” as she launched her popular app four years ago, Carrie shared: “The Fit52app incorporates what I’ve been doing myself for years, and we’ve made it easy and totally accessible for anyone that wants help to work in working out.
