Paige DeSorbo revealed an unexpected drama queen while discussing the upcoming ninth season of Summer House during an interview earlier this week.
As she also spoke of Lindsay Hubbard‘s pregnancy, the emotional impact it had on her, and her long-distance relationship with boyfriend Craig Conover, Paige, 32, explained her role on Southern Charm season 10 and looked back at the filming of season nine of her own show.
“I’m gonna say [Jesse Solomon] had quite a season two, and we loved it,” Paige told E! News on October 28. “He put in the work this summer.”
According to Paige, she didn’t get too involved with Jesse’s antics. Instead, she focused on Lindsay’s pregnancy — and her new kitten Daphne.
“She’s changed my whole life,” Paige admitted of her fur baby. “She’s, first of all, stunning. Second of all, I gave birth to her. When I was getting ready tonight, she just sat and watched me. She’s a girl’s girl. She’s the best.”
As for her closeness to Lindsay amid her pregnancy, Paige recalled the two of them spending “a lot” of time in bed together.
“[I] felt her stomach,” she shared. “The boys went out and got in a lot of trouble. Just a classic summer from the Summer House group … It was fun … I had a great time.”
Paige also spoke of Lindsay’s pregnancy during an October 29 interview with Access Hollywood.
“She’s literally about to pop. It was so fun laying in bed with her this summer and feeling her daughter kick. I teared up so many times just watching the progression of her stomach getting bigger. It was very emotional, I think, for all the girls,” she admitted.
Still, when asked if being part of Lindsay’s journey resulted in baby fever, Paige replied, “Not for a second. When she announced that she was pregnant, I said, ‘Oh my God, thank God it’s her and it’s not me.’”
Although babies aren’t on the brain yet for Paige, she said she and Craig were “doing good” as they split their time between Charleston and New York City.
“I don’t feel like we are long-distance, though, because I see him every week. So it’s almost like he just lives in Brooklyn,” she explained.
While Paige is New York City-based, she confirmed she filmed “a little bit” for Southern Charm season 10.
“But I’m not as involved in the drama, so I’m excited to watch as a fan cuz there’s a lot I don’t know,” she shared.
As for whether she’s ready to film a 10th season of Summer House, Paige joked, “Let me get through airing this season, and then we’ll talk about next summer.
Also during the interview, Paige named Victoria Beckham, 50, as her biggest fashion icon and shared one of her favorite current trends.
“I feel like last year [at] BravoCon, I was one of the first to wear underwear and now it’s everywhere. It’s the granny panty year and I’m still loving it. I think a little mini short is so cute,” she stated.
