Lala Kent Gets Emotional After After Daughter Cuts Hair

Lala Kent was about to “break” on Tuesday, but not for the reasons one might expect on the day of an election.

In a video shared to her Instagram Story, the 34-year-old Vanderpump Rules star revealed to her fans and followers that her three-year-old daughter, who she shares with ex-boyfriend Randall Emmett, 53, cut her own hair, leaving her completely devastated.

“This is where I break, you guys. I’m on a call — a Zoom — and my daughter got a hold of the tiniest nail scissors and cut her hair,” Lala revealed on November 5.

As she approached the child, who was eating some peanut butter toast, Lala continued to film, and asked, “Ocean, honey, why did you do that?”

“I don’t want it,” Ocean replied.

“You don’t want long hair? We worked so hard to get it long. Oh my gosh, it’s like a mullet — again. I’m gonna throw up,” Lala said.

Then giving her online audience a look at the remnants that Ocean cut from the side of her face, Lala admitted, “I don’t think I can take another bad news day.”

“I’m really upset and I’m not joking,” she added.

Although Lala’s mom, Lisa Burningham, reminded the Pump Rules cast member that it “could’ve been worse,” noting that Ocean didn’t cut all that much hair off, Lala insisted, “I feel like I could vomit.”

As the clip continued, Lala explained that her daughter had gotten into a nail kit despite the tools being kept in a high place.

“She grabbed a chair … just went to town. Went to town on her hair with these [scissors],” Lala revealed.

Then, as the video concluded, Lala complained, “Ugh, life is really hard right now.”

In addition to daughter Ocean, Lala is mom to two-month-old Sosa, who she welcomed, via sperm donor, in September.

Vanderpump Rules is currently on pause ahead of its 12th season.
