Earlier this week, social media not only doubled down on speculation that the LHHNY OGs broke up, but that Jim Jones already moved on AND down the aisle with someone else. People may be longing for any throwback to the Obama era right about now, but really? Accounts on X, formerly Twitter, ran with rumors they reportedly heard from TikTok.
“Jim Jones married another b***h. Chrissy went through all of that. A man know who he wanna be with from jump. It was never gonna be her. Y’all be saying marriage ain’t s**t meanwhile he just met a chick and married her. She waited 20 years,” said the post, which racked up 1.8 million views.
On top of that, social media sleuths somehow filled in the blanks that Jim Jones’ mystery marriage was to Basketball Wives: L.A. star Brooke Bailey. Huh?
It’s unclear what justified the suspected marriage or any connection to Brooke.
Still, stranger things have happened before, and the questionable claims continued to spread.
Jim Jones Reacts To Secret Marriage Speculation With A Chrissy Lamkin Cameo

On Thursday, Jim Jones took to Instagram to set the record straight. It seems the “Fly High” rapper is still flying free and not married to Chrissy or anyone else. “The world needs more water,” he wrote, shading fans thirsty for a little tea. In a comedic clip, Jim held up a bottle to the camera, asking, “You want some water?”
Although we never see her face, there’s no mistaking the voice of Chrissy chiming in from the background.
“I’m just drinking my water and minding my business,” she said off-camera.
“That’s all we doing!” Jim addeed.
Well, if that’s the secret to Chrissy’s banging body at 53, we really all need to take notes!
The reality TV alum appeared hint at a rocky relationship moment in September about how someone is replaceable, but it isn’t her!
“You and I both know will never find someone like me. Good luck trying though. I’ll have you replaced by tomorrow,” she wrote.
Whatever prompted the post clearly wasn’t the end of the road for her relationship with Jim. Before the water video, Jim sounded ready to drink Chrissy’s bath water in the comments under her IG posts.
We can certainly understand how Chrissy’s fierce feline look brought out the animal in him. Whoever cooked up those claims might’ve had the internet going, but Jim and Chrissy are still going strong.
