1883 star Isabel May is set to star in a new action thriller film project over at Lionsgate titled Karoshi, and she will star alongside Teo Yoo (Past Lives).
All we know about the film is that it’s described as “a corporate thriller with a samurai twist.” Takashi Doscher wrote the script for the film and will also direct.
John Wick director and producer Chad Stahelski is producing the film along with 87Eleven Entertainment’s Alex Young, and Jason Spitz.
May is coming off of a role in Apple TV+’s starry miniseries Masters of the Air, and she’s got a few other projects in development.
Upcoming projects for May include the horror film Menace, Gulfstream Pictures’ romantic dramedy Falling, Joey Power’s romantic comedy Love Language, and the recently announced revenge thriller Wild World.
