However, he clarified that while he might not be much help with the cooking, he can be a great assistant. As such, he tries his best to take on other tasks around the kitchen, making the cooking process smoother for his partner.

In a recent interview with Access Hollywood, Chris Evans revealed that he might not be the best chef, which is why his wife, Alba Baptista, has to take on the task of cooking during the holidays. When asked about the couple’s Christmas plans as it is their second holiday season together after marriage, the star noted that they mostly spend time with family. The couple also take the opportunity to count their blessings and unplug from their busy lives.
When Evans was asked if he was the chef, the actor was quick to respond with a solid “no.” He clarified that he surely can help and tries his best to make his wife’s work easier. So, he helps her “chop things up” while she is cooking. Moreover, he was proud to note that he is “good at cleaning,” stating that as Baptista cooks, he “keeps things tidy.”
In the interview, Chris Evans also talked about him someday becoming a dad, exclaiming that the “title of dad is an exciting one.” While he might not have played a “superhero dad” in the movie “Red One,” he hopes to be similar to Dwayne Johnson’s character in the film someday.
The “Avengers” actor also briefly touched upon his new look, with the star sporting a glorious beard during the interview. Evans clarified that there was no particular reason for him to make the switch and he simply was rocking it for a movie he is currently working on.
