Kanye West is facing allegations of performing inappropriate sexual acts and sharing explicit images of Kim Kardashian with a former employee in a recent lawsuit.
Murphy Aficionado, who worked as a project manager for Kanye in 2022, has sued the rapper and fashion designer, claiming he acted inappropriately during work meetings, according to a report by Rolling Stone. In the lawsuit, Aficionado recounts an alleged incident from November 2022 at a hotel in Beverly Hills, where he was called by West, only to walk in and find the rapper shirtless, breathing heavily, and with his pants unbuttoned.

When he entered the hotel room, Aficionado claims he noticed Ye’s wife, Bianca Censori, also topless, and suspects that the couple had recently engaged in sexual activity. As Aficionado attempted to leave, the G.O.O.D. Music founder reportedly ordered him to sit down and stay put. He then returned to the hotel room, leaving the door slightly open while he and Censori engaged in loud sexual activity. The lawsuit alleges that Kanye later walked out from the room wearing a T-shirt with a Swastika on the front and asked the project manager, “Don’t you like my shirt?”
The rapper is also accused of displaying explicit photos of his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, to Aficionado.
Additionally, the former employee describes another “uncomfortable” encounter in which he was met by Kanye West and an unidentified “famous NFL wide receiver,” both only in towels as they prepared for massages.

He claims that he waited outside while West and the athlete took turns engaging in loud sexual activity with the masseuse.
Furthermore, the lawsuit asserts that Kanye West subjected Aficionado to “antisemitic tirades” and “racist lectures.”
“Often, these outbursts involved how Jews controlled the Kardashians. Other times, Ye recounted how Jews were going after him and his money,” the complaint reads.
“The Jews are out to get me. They froze my bank account. The Jews got Kim [Kardashian] and my kids,” he allegedly once told Aficionado, adding: “The Jews convinced Kim [Kardashian]. She has Jewish masters.”
Aficionado was let go by Kanye last year following the closure of his controversial Donda Academy, which he had tried to relocate to a new campus in Chatsworth, California, without success.
He is suing the “Runaway” rapper for discrimination, creating a hostile work environment, violations of labor laws, failure to pay wages, and wrongful termination. The lawsuit also includes Kanye’s Yeezy company and Donda Academy as defendants.
