Anya Taylor-Joy Wears Nothing Beneath Her Braless Sweater

Anya Taylor-Joy stepped out in style earlier this year, turning heads with her sheer sweater and leather shorts combo. Quickly seeing her look deemed “controversial” by WhoWhatWear, the actress highlighted her model-like figure in racy thigh boots, upping the ante by going see-through up top while championing the braless trend. Ditching the Dior designer she’s signed to, Anya turned to rival French brand Chloé, channeling edgy chic and putting a sexy twist on her daywear look.

Strutting confidently across a sidewalk, Anya stunned in a green and very leggy pair of shorts accentuating her toned legs. The Queen’s Gambit star, 28, went head-to-toe in Chloé, teaming her thigh-skimming shorts with a knit-effect, lightweight sweater in caramel shades, plus a brown leather pair of heeled thigh boots.

Displaying her enviable waistline and hitting at her braless curves, Anya set pulses racing as she went full fashionista, completing her look with her signature blonde locks worn down.

Enhancing her doll-like features via a matte makeup layer, Anya showed off her red lipstick and tan eyeshadow combo, adding a defined brow and concealer, plus a discreet pair of gold hoop earrings. The photos were taken in New York City as Anya headed to her taping of Live! with hosts Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos.

This wouldn’t be the first figure-flaunting look that Anya Taylor-Joy has rocked this year, although reviews of her leggy Mugler corset dress this summer proved mixed.

When Just Jared shared the above street snaps of Anya this Spring, users seemed on the fence. The backless, corseted dress and heels look, which displayed the actress’ legs to the max, had one fan saying: “Red looks insane on her? YES does she have legs for days? ABSOLUTELY YES. But the back is too much, she is a goddess… no need for that.”

“Front of the dress is fire, the back is just not it,” another wrote. Over 170 fans, meanwhile, agreed with a comment reading: “Those shoes look insanely painful.”

In April of this year, Anya Taylor-Joy jumped aboard the cowboy trend set by singer Beyonce, slipping her curves into this “COWBOY” logo tee and leather miniskirt while in NYC.

Noting the Dune: Part Two star’s teeny black skirt, one user on The Daily Mail replied: “Wearing that skirt, I hope she doesn’t drop anything.” Anya likely isn’t paying attention to fan opinions, though, as her lucrative deal with high-end designer Dior brings her in millions. Also signed to the label are actress Alexandra Daddario and supermodel Bella Hadid.
