Jax Taylor Reportedly Gets Into ‘A Minor Fender Bender’

Oops! Jax Taylorjust got into car trouble, and some severe consequences may follow.

The reality star reportedly rear-ended a road user’s car on Thursday morning right in the heart of Los Angeles’ traffic, and the affected parties did not seem okay with it.

Jax Taylor’s unpleasant encounter occurred a few days after he left a commentary on his estranged wife Brittany Cartwright’s casual affair with his friend Julian Sensley.

The TV star brushed the car owned by a woman named Michelle West’s boyfriend from behind when he stopped at a red light in the Valley Village — a neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles.

West continued her story on Nextdoor that her partner gave Taylor a crazy chase down to a nearby gas station to inform him of the mishap. The cameras soon spotted the men getting into deep conversations and seemingly taking stock of the incident that just happened.

Taylor and West’s boyfriend surveyed the back of the silver sedan, searching for any damage, and talked for a while before he hopped in his truck and zoomed off, per TMZ.

The silver car owner then went into the street and took a picture of the truck’s license plate before exchanging words with the driver and going on his way.

A media representative for Taylor addressed the situation, which was described as “minor,” in a statement that read:

“Jax was involved in what he believed to be a minor fender bender yesterday afternoon when his vehicle bumped into the rear end of the car in front of him while at a red light. The driver immediately stepped out of his vehicle, enraged which caused an unpleasant interaction between both parties.”

The rep explained that the podcaster “saw no visible damage to either vehicle and no apparent injuries to either involved and therefore proceeded to leave the scene.”

Taylor’s team provided a quick update and noted that since this incident, the TV star has “filed a claim with his insurance company to investigate further into the details and will follow the recommendations provided by his insurance company.”

Law enforcement sources also disclosed that the allegedly rear-ended man came into the police station but was directed to file an online report regarding the issue.

The affected parties also have other plans and reportedly do not plan to let Taylor slide. West confirmed that her boyfriend took pictures of Taylor’s license plate at the gas station and damage to help them build a case against him.

Taylor had, however, previously admitted to discovering he exhibited traits of textbook narcissism in the past. The Blast shared that he made the confession on his podcast “When Reality Hits” as he detailed his experience at his mental health treatment center.

He noted that his time at the rehab opened his eyes to see his excesses as a person and how it also helped him learn five new terms.

“I’ve done them all for years, and I had no idea. I am a narcissist, yes. I breadcrumb, I love bomb, and also gaslighting. I’m missing some but I do all these things. I had no idea there were terms for these things,” he stated.

He confessed to his shock at his discovery and how well he fit into the descriptions: “So yes, I have to humble myself and say, ‘Do you think you’re a narcissist?’ And I do. I don’t know how I became one, but I do believe I’m a narcissist.”

Taylor reminisced about Cartwright’s short-lived fling with his pal, Sensley, on last Thursday’s episode of Bravo’s “Hot Mic” podcast. The Blast gathered from the entertainer confessional that the timing of the affair messed with him in many ways despite happening during their separation.

According to the on-air personality, “things were looking good” between him and Cartwright months into their separation to the point that they almost considered reigniting their romance.

“I’ll be honest, we had relations before I left, literally right before I left [for a Fourth of July trip]. I come back home, and I said, ‘Hey, what do you think about moving back?’ And she said, ‘Yeah,'” he shared.

The process was cut short when Taylor discovered that his estranged wife and his nemesis of a friend were still cordial and on talking terms despite being fed with the impression that all was gone between them.

By reading their chats, Taylor decided to dig further into Cartwright’s relationship with his friend, and he got the shock of his life. 

He recalled the gut-wrenching moment he stumbled on his estranged wife’s nudes in Sensley’s DMs. A discovery that pushed him into an emotional breakdown.

“I just saw the iPad, and she was still talking to Julian and sending him pictures, like naked pictures and pictures of my son, and I just lost it. And that’s where I hit the bottom of the barrel. That’s where I just saw red,” he claimed.

Taylor noted that he had a chilling phase where he “went crazy” and threw furniture. He described it as his breaking point. Despite all the drama, he confessed that their young son, Cruz, was not near there to witness him crashing out and going through the nasty betrayal.

The former bartender’s friends became aware of what happened and scheduled an intervention two days later. His friends immediately encouraged him to seek professional help at a rehabilitation facility to help work his way around his anger.
