Jennifer Pedranti and her ex-husband, William Pedranti, are not close to settling their differences in court.
The former couple recently faced off at a hearing on November 5; however, the judge could not address their key concerns. Instead, the pair are scheduled for another battle in 2025.
Although the “Real Housewives of Orange County” star hashed out a settlement with her ex in June, William Pedranti moved to terminate part of their agreement. However, Jennifer Pedranti refused to comply, claiming it would affect her standard of living.

Judge Orders Jennifer Pedranti And Her Ex-Husband To Play Nice In Public
According to court documents detailing the hearing, Jennifer and William appeared before an Orange County Superior Court Judge earlier this month. However, the legal umpire did not rule on the ex-husband’s motion to reduce his child and spousal support obligations.
The same applied to Jennifer’s examination of her former spouse’s finances, which was postponed to January 2025. While his obligation reduction request wasn’t addressed, the judge covered William’s concerns about his ex’s comments.
He accused the reality TV star of making “multiple disparaging comments and lies about” him on “RHOC” and in interviews. On that note, the judge ordered the pair to play nice in public, with In Touch reporting the modified provision in their divorce read:

The Former Couple Must Attend Co-Parenting Counseling
Besides stopping Jennifer and William from trashing each other publicly, the judge also ordered the pair to attend co-parenting counseling. They must participate in at least six sessions and additional sessions as deemed necessary.
The former couple were married from 2002 to 2021, welcoming four children: Dawson, Greyson, Everleigh, and Dominic. Because their kids were still minors, William agreed to pay $1,735 a month in spousal support and another $4,674 in child support.
However, William changed his mind and requested for Jennifer’s spousal support to be terminated. He argued that she did not need it since she was living with her fiancé, Ryan Boyajian.

William also asked for his child support fees to be reduced, noting that his oldest son, Dawson, spent more time at his residence. He stressed that he was covering the child’s expenses and should no longer pay the initial support sum.

The ‘RHOC’ Star Revealed Her Earnings Following Her Ex’s Request
William’s motion to reduce his child support bills and terminate Jennifer’s support forced her to reveal her financial status. The Blast shared that she detailed her earnings in her response to his request, noting she generated income through reality TV and other businesses.
As a TV personality, Jennifer earned $7,500 per episode from the “RHOC” series, but her profits from other ventures varied monthly. She listed her average monthly income as $10,740, stressing that she spent more than she earned.
Jennifer spent $10,914 on expenses, including $3,000 on groceries, $500 on healthcare, $250 on childcare, $1,750 on eating out, $75 on her phone, and $100 on cleaning. The list continued with $2,000 on clothes, $500 on entertainment, $1,471 on car expenses, and more.
The Bravolebrity Blamed William For Her Financial Situation
Jennifer argued that it was unfair for her ex-husband to terminate her spousal support because she lived with her fiancé. “The ONLY reason I am cohabitating with Ryan is because William left me with no other option,” she claimed.
The Bravolebrity explained that her ex owed her $267,000 from selling their former home. She noted he was to give her one-half of the proceeds per their settlement terms but failed to cough up the money.
Additionally, Jennifer accused the father of her children of owing overdue support fees, claiming, “William is behind approximately $22,000 in his support obligation to me and the kids.” She implored the court to dismiss his request, stating that she and her children need the support.

Jennifer Pedranti’s Ex Ordered To Show His Financial Records
Before their November 5 hearing, The Blast reported that Jennifer had won her request for William to appear in court. She implored the court to order him to disclose his financial information, noting it would help her recover the money he owed.
William was initially set to appear in court with the information on October 21, but the former couple agreed to postpone it to November 5. At the time, the judge warned him about the consequences of failing to appear, stressing:
“You may be subject to arrest and punishment for contempt of court, and the court may make an order requiring you to pay the reasonable attorney fees incurred by the judgment creditor in this proceeding.”
