Porsha Williams seemingly dragged Simon Guobadia online about erectile dysfunction and now he’s dragging her to court with an alleged limp libel lawsuit.

Welp, regardless of what the RHOA returner claimed about her ex, Simon is a man of his word about coming for her in court. The acrimonious exes have taken their divorce drama to social media, throwing shade about Porsha’s “mediocre mind” and whether Simon has a “deportation” situation. However, Simon says she took it too far with an “ED” allegation and he’s standing on business about her “defamatory statements.”
We all know Simon can dish out the perpetual pettiness, but it looks like he’s not going to take it without a fight!
In Touch reports Simon filed a federal lawsuit against his estranged wife of 15 months for causing “significant harm to [Simon’s] personal and professional reputation.” The suit also claims that Porsha’s clapbacks to her millions of followers “inflicted severe emotional distress.”
“Mr. Guobadia’s relationship with the Defendant became contentious when the Defendant suddenly started making negative, false and misleading statements about him on social media, using her outsized platform to negatively influence public perception of him,” the filing stated.
Simon Guobadia Backs Up His Threat Of Legal Action Over Porsha Williams’ “ED” Insinuation

As BOSSIP previously reported, in July, Porsha made a series of Instagram posts hinting that her ex has “erectile dysfunction.” Simon quickly responded to the insinuation with threats to take legal action amid their already down-and-dirty divorce. “You’re going to need every dime to defend what’s coming,” he warned.
“This ‘railroad’ ‘265 day’ just does not get it…there are consequences for making inflammatory and defamatory statements. Get your coins together, you’re going to need every dime to defend what’s coming. A woman that has a history of coming for the manhood of every ex. Peddling same old narratives and tricks; unfortunately, you met the right one,” Simon menacingly stated in response.
Yikes! Tasha K did that so hopefully you won’t have to go through that, Porsha! The Bravo baddie should’ve been listening because Simon hit her with a lawsuit on Nov. 21 for “casting him in a negative and humiliating light” with her internet insults.
“These posts were intentionally crafted to imply that [Simon] suffers from this condition, casting him in a negative and humiliating light. These [posts] were accompanied by the hashtag #MensHealthAwareness, which appeared to give the posts a tone of health awareness, though the timing and context made it clear they were directed at Simon. The nature, timing, and context of these posts, amidst the couple’s public separation, led reasonable viewers to infer that Defendant’s statements were referring to Plaintiff – because they were,” Simon’s legal team asserted.

Due to Porsha’s status as a public figure, her comments quickly went viral as fans ran with the narrative. The suit states that “[Simon] does not have ED and has never suffered from or been diagnosed with this condition,” but that didn’t stop Porsha from implying it. As his newly wedded wife, “[Porsha’s] statements were perceived by the public as having legitimacy and insider knowledge regarding [Simon’s] health, enhancing the likelihood that the public would believe these statements were true.”
The filing also intends to hold Porsha accountable for dragging his standing as a businessman. It claims her comments allegedly “struck at the core of his reputation as a capable and respected entrepreneur and philanthropist.” He is seeking unspecified damages for his pain and suffering from their online altercations.
Whew, these messy exes aren’t letting up anytime soon and, apparently, neither are their legal battles!
