Lala Kent appeared to shade her former assistant and podcast co-host, Jessica Walter, on the latest episode of Give Them Lala with her Vanderpump Rules co-star, Scheana Shay, and her brother, Easton Burningham.
After Jessica suggested Lala, 34, handled her podcast exit “so poorly” via an Instagram “like” and claimed she wasn’t given the opportunity to say “goodbye,” Lala lashed out at someone looking for their “15 minutes” of fame as Scheana, 39, seemingly reminded Jessica that she signed an NDA. Plus, Jessica teased a new podcast.
“All these people who, like, want their freaking 15 minutes… Fall back. Shut up,” Lala stated on Give Them Lala, via Vanderpump Rules Party on Instagram.
“And remember you signed an NDA,” Scheana advised.
“Like, shut up and just go away. What is this constant need to, like, remain in it?” Lala continued.
“Because they get a taste for it,” Easton replied.
According to Lala, she’s realized that when it comes to welcoming people into her home, and around her family and two daughters, Ocean, 3, and Sosa, two months, she needs to be more cautious in the future.
“It’s wild to me. It’s why you have to be very careful about who you bring into your home because these people go rogue,” she warned.
As questions continued to swirl in regard to what exactly led to Jessica’s exit from Lala’s team and podcast, the former Give Them Lala co-host took to her Instagram Story, where she appeared to tease her own podcast.
“Interesting song choice. And in front of a podcast mic…” Vanderpump Rules Party wrote in the caption of a screenshot of Jessica’s post on Instagram, which saw her seated at a microphone as MOONLGHT’s “Free Bird” played in the background.
Vanderpump Rules is currently on pause ahead of its 12th season.
