BOSSIP’s Savory Turkey Day Cocktail Guide
CIDER SEASON COCKTAIL RECIPE
Ingredients:
2 Parts Espolòn Tequila Reposado
4 Parts Earl Grey Cider*
1 Part Spiced Simple Syrup*
0.75 Parts Fresh Lemon Juice
Method: Combine all non-spirit ingredients in a saucepan and heat but do not boil. Add in Espolòn once hot. Reheat on low to keep warm as needed. Pour into a Mug or heat-proof glass and add apple chips on the lip of the glass.
* Add a half-gallon of cider to a pot and bring the heat to a lower simmer. Add four Earl Grey tea bags and allow them to steep together, covered, for 25 minutes. Remove the tea bags.
SPICED SIMPLE SYRUP RECIPE:
2 Mexican Cinnamon Sticks
4 Star Anise Pods
10 Cloves
16 oz Hot Water
2 Cups White Sugar
Method: Take cinnamon, clove, and star anise, and toast them in a pan on the stove for about 1 minute. Put the toasted spices into a vessel and add hot water. Brew for 20 minutes and remove solids. Mix in sugar and stir until diluted.
Woodford Reserve “Hot Toddy”
Ingredients:
8 oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon
8 oz Amaro
4 oz Rich Honey Syrup
32 oz Hot Water
Method: Add ingredients to a heat-tolerant pitcher or pot. Stir in hot water to combine. Garnish with a lemon peel studded with cloves.
Dos Hombres “Party Punch”
Ingredients:
2 Cups Dos Hombres Mezcal
1 ½ Cups Pomegranate Juice
½ Cup Fresh Orange Juice
¼ Cup Lime Juice
â Cup Orgeat Syrup
2 Cups Blood Orange Soda
Method: Add all ingredients to a punch bowl, ice, and stir to incorporate. Garnish with orange slices, lime slices, and pomegranate seeds. Enjoy with friends!
Speyside Cobbler
Ingredients:
1.5 Parts Glenfiddich 12-Year-Old Sherry Cask
1.5 Parts Amontillado sherry
0.5 Parts Simple Syrup
Method: Add the ingredients plus 1 orange half-wheel to a shaker tin and shake with ice. Serve in a Collins-style glass filled with crushed/pebble ice then garnish with the other half-wheel of the orange.
BACARDI Sevillian Orange “Spiced Apple Cider” (Group Serve Recipe)
Ingredients:
750 ml Bottle BACARDI Ocho Sevillian Orange Cask Rum
16 oz Unsweetened Chai Tea
12 oz Honey Syrup (combine equal parts honey to water)
8 oz Lemon Juice
750 ml Bottle of Sparkling Apple Cider
Method: Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl with ice. Garnish with apple slices and cinnamon sticks and enjoy with loved ones!
Empress 1908 Gin “Spanish E&T”
Ingredients:
8-10 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
20 oz Premium Tonic Water
8 dashes Angostura Bitters
Cinnamon Sticks
Whole Star Anise
Whole Cloves
Dehydrated Grapefruit
Method: Combine ingredients in a large punch bowl with ice. Adjust quantities to desired strength/flavor. Stir, serve, and enjoy!
PATRÓN “Cristalino Margarita”
Ingredients:
1.5 oz PATRÓN CRISTALINO
0.5 oz Citrus Cordial
0.25 oz Agave Nectar
2 dashes Salt solution 4:1
Garnish: Charred Lemon Wedge
Method: Add all ingredients to a rock glass over a block of ice. Garnish with flamed oils from a lemon peel, then discard. Ingredients can be pre-batched and frozen.
Baileys “Irish Cactus”
Ingredients:
4 oz Baileys Cinnamon Churros Irish Cream Liqueur
2 oz Tequila Don Julio Reposado
Method: Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into two rock glasses with fresh ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Skrewball “Peanut Butter Espresso Martini”
Ingredients:
2 ½ parts Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
½ parts Coffee Liqueur
1 ½ parts Freshly Brewed Espresso
Espresso Beans (for garnish)
Method: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add Skrewball, coffee liqueur, and espresso. Shake until cold and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with three espresso beans.
METAXA “Christmas Spritz”
Ingredients:
1.4 oz METAXA 7 Stars
0.7 oz Reduced Apple Juice
0.3 oz Vanilla Syrup
2 oz Prosecco
Method: Fill the glass with ice. Pour METAXA 7 Stars, reduced apple juice, and vanilla syrup into it. Top with prosecco. Garnish with orange zest and blueberries.
Hornitos “Vanilla Honey Margarita”
Ingredients:
2 Parts Hornitos® Vanilla Honey
1 Part Fresh Lime Juice
½ Part Agave Syrup
Method: Pour over ice in a rocks glass, stir and enjoy.
Código “Pumpkin Pie Margarita”
Ingredients:
2 parts Código 1530 Reposado Tequila
1 part Pumpkin Purée
1 part Maple Syrup
0.5 parts Lemon Juice
Method: Shake and strain over ice. Garnish with a Cinnamon stick and a dried Orange. Wet rim in maple syrup and dip in cinnamon sugar.
Código “Pumpkin Spice Margarita”
Ingredients:
1.5 parts Código 1530 Reposado Tequila
1 Spoonful Pumpkin Purée
0.5 parts Cinnamon Syrup
1 part Lemon Juice
Apple slices (garnish)
Maple syrup, pie crust mix (rim)
Method: Dip the rim of the glass in maple syrup and then pie crust mix. Shake Código, Pumpkin Purée, Cinnamon Syrup, and Lemon Juice and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with Apple Slices.
Juliette Peach “Coffeecake” Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Vodka
0.75 oz Juliette Liqueur
0.25 oz Coffee Liqueur
1.75 oz Fresh Espresso
0.25 oz Vanilla Syrup
Method: Add all ingredients to a shaker tin, shake vigorously, and double strain into a coupe glass. Finish with a garnish of salt or cinnamon sugar to bring out the coffee-cake essence.
Casamigos Reposado “CASA PUMPKIN SPICE”
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila
.5 oz. Almond Liqueur
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
.75 oz. Honey Syrup*
2 Heaping Bar Spoons Organic Canned Pumpkin
1 Pinch Cinnamon
1 Pinch Nutmeg
Optional: 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Garnish Dehydrated Half-Moon Orange Slice, 2 Charred Sage Leaves and Nutmeg
Method: Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into a Collins glass. Add fresh pebble/crushed ice, creating a dome-like top and garnish.
*To create Honey Syrup – Combine 2 parts honey to 1 part water in a small saucepan and bring to a medium heat. Stir until fully dissolved, then let cool. Once cool, pour syrup into a glass container with lid and keep at room temperature. Honey can keep for months due to its natural antibacterial properties.
Astral Tequila “Sweater Weather Margarita”
Ingredients:
1.25 oz Astral Tequila Reposado
0.25 oz Cinnamon-Infused Orange Liqueur (Soak cinnamon sticks in orange liqueur for 4-6 hours)
0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.25 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
Method: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and enjoy.
Teremana “The Red Margarita”

Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Teremana Reposado
1 oz Pomegranate Juice
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz Cinnamon Syrup
Pinch of Salt
Cinnamon Stick Garnish
Method: Combine, stir, then pour over ice into a Margarita glass.
Aviation Gin “Sweet as Pie”
Ingredients:
1 oz Aviation American Gin
.75 oz Apple Cider
.5 oz Frangelico
.25 oz Baked Apple Syrup
Method: In a mixing glass, add ice and all ingredients. Stir ingredients to combine for 20 seconds. Add ice to a tall glass strain into glass and garnish with lemon twist.

1 oz Seedlip Spice 94
.75 Spiced Honey
1 oz Coco Lopez
1 oz Lime Juice
Method: Shake and double strain into an iced Collins glass, top with Lime HOP WTR, and garnish with allspice mix and cinnamon stick.
