Dorit Kemsley is opening up about the ending of her relationship and whether or not she’ll fight for their marriage.
Early this summer, Dorit Kemsley took to Instagram to address the speculation about her marriage to husband, Paul ‘PK’ Kemsley.
In the post, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star announced that she and PK were taking some time apart to amid their ongoing marital woes.
On Instagram, Dorit wrote:
“We as a couple have been subject to a lot of specualtion about our marriage. We have had our struggles over the last few years and continue to work through them as two people who love each other and share two amazing children together.
To safe guard our deep friendship and maintain a harmonious environment for our children we have made the mutal and difficult decision to take some time apart and reevaluate our relationship while we prioritize our children.
We appreciate your love and support while we continue to do the work necessary throughout this journey.
With love, Dorit and PK.”
On the most recent episode of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Dorit Kemsley sat down with for dinner and PK gave insight on their marriage saying, “if the server came over, and we spoke to the server how we speak with each other. We’d be thrown out of this restaurant.” PK added that the two stopped liking each other and Dorit reminded PK that they still speak five times a day in which PK says they weren’t going to continue doing that.
Dorit Kemsley is now reacting to the episode on Bravo’s After Show saying, “That scene shocked me. We have two children and I had said to him multiple times, whatever you need, you can have. If you need for us to have time a part, that’s fine. I’m not one of those women that is going to fight to stay married to someone who doesn’t want to be married to me. Will I fight for our marriage if we both want to fight for it? Of course. But equally so, if he wants to go out, and his desire to date other women, it would hurt. That would be hard.”
Dorit gave an update on where she stands with PK right now and says, “we are speaking today but you can ask me tomorrow and I can have a different answer. You know, Jagger being in the hospital, we weren’t talking before that, and again, these are his decisions.”
Dorit says she is still trying to figure out why it’s gotten to this point and she’s still trying to figure it out.
