WWE Superstars Roman Reigns and CM Punk are teaming up this weekend at the Survivor Series: WarGames. On Saturday, the premium live event will feature Reigns and his original Bloodline joining forces with CM Punk to face Solo Sikoa, his new Bloodline with Bronson Reed, in the match.
A few weeks ago, Roman Reigns tried to call his Wiseman, Paul Heyman. However, Heyman did not answer, raising concerns about finding the fifth member of his team. Last week on WWE SmackDown, Paul Heyman made a shocking return and announced CM Punk as the fifth member of Reigns’ team.
It is well known that Roman Reigns and CM Punk have real-life differences. Fans were surprised to see the two joining forces for a WarGames match. Ahead of the Survivor Series: WarGames, Reigns shared his surprising take on Punk joining his team. He questioned, “How did this even happen?”

Roman Reigns recently appeared on Sports Illustrate. There, he shared his thoughts on CM Punk joining his team for the Survivor Series: WarGames. He commented on including various personalities such as CM Punk, Sami Zayn, and Paul Heyman, in the match.
He said, “Yeah, I mean, there’s a lot of different variables and dynamics at play here. I mean just first off, to be in a match just full of your family whether you’re fighting with or against each other it’s pretty neat.”
Considering it to be part of a big picture, Reigns stated, “looking from God’s perspective, it’s something I’m very blessed, fortunate, and grateful for. To be able to share the ring and you know have all our family see us in there together is pretty neat.”
The Tribal Chief of the OG Bloodline further added, “You know, to add some of the personalities that we have added CM Punk, Sami Zayn, Paul these are outside figures who working in some way, closer than others. I look at Paul like chosen family. Sami is one of those guys that just slowly but surely you know endeared himself in.”
While commenting about the member of his faction, Reigns said, “And then Punk like this crazy. How did this even happen? Who are you here with? You know what I mean? Like checking the guest list, ‘Hold on, how did you get in here?’ And then, you know.”
