Fans believe that Kathryn Hahn, who portrays Agatha Harkness, will likely not return to the MCU after Agatha All Along. These speculations began after Hahn recently reflected on her solo journey in the Disney+ series. She believed that it was a beautiful way to bring a conclusion to her character’s arc. Her latest comments have made her future in the MCU uncertain. Here’s what she said about bidding farewell to her character.

Will Kathryn Hahn’s Agatha Harkness return in MCU?

Hahn’s latest remarks indicate that she has bid adieu to Agatha Harkness after the Disney+ series. However, Marvel Studios hasn’t confirmed her character’s departure.

Hahn recently sat down with the Los Angeles Times, reflecting on Agatha’s beautiful bond with Scarlet Witch’s son Wiccan. She revealed that although Agatha knows that Wiccan is not her son, she tries to save him the way she couldn’t her son, Nicholas Scratch. She expressed her love for Joe Locke and believes that their characters “make a great team.”

She stated, “Even though obviously now Billy/Wiccan is not her son, there is some sort of hope for her that she’s able to maybe do for him what she couldn’t do for Nicky. I think they do make a great team. Of course, I love this part and I love Joe Locke madly, and we’ll see what the future holds.”

The MCU actress believes that the show’s ending was a “beautiful and satisfying way” to conclude her arc. Additionally, she expressed her love for the character and how it supposedly “reopened [her] hunger and love for performing.” She truly believes that she played Agatha at the right time in her life.

Though Hahn believes she has said goodbye to her character, there remains hope for her return. At the end of Agatha All Along, the titular character returns as a ghost to guide Wiccan on his journey to find his missing brother, Tommy. So, there is still a possibility to reprise her new ghostly identity in the future.

‘Bring Them Down’ is probably one of the best films I’ve ever seen. A brutal and believable examination of old family grudges in rural communities. Superbly shot. Sharp and to the point. As beautiful a piece of art as it is a moral reminder of how anger can lose everyone the battle.
