Well Go USA has released a creepy trailer for a Korean horror thriller titled Devils Stay. This is an exorcism and supernatural horror that is going to take audiences on a nightmarish journey filled with twists and turns.
In the film, “After the sudden tragic loss of his daughter following an exorcism, a renowned heart surgeon refuses to face the reality that his child has died, despite declarations from medical examiners and even the priest who performed the expulsion.
“But as the funeral rites begin, mourners start witnessing unnerving changes to the girl’s body, leaving even the priest to wonder whether something much more sinister—an evil more ancient than Catholicism itself—may once again be looming over them all.”
Basically, during the funeral, the devil wakes up from the heart of her dead body and a Catholic Priest has to perform an exorcism. This actually looks like a great, intense, and freaky horror flick!
The film was directed by Hyun Moon-Sub and it stars Park Shin-Yang, Lee Min-Ki, and Lee Re.
Devils Stay will be released in select US theaters starting December 6th, 2024.
