Travis Kelce’s Reaction To An Engagement Post Has Swifties Spiraling

Steinfeld recently got engaged to Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen. While several congratulated the couple on their relationship milestone, fans of Swift used the opportunity to remind Kelce that “he is next.”

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have been dating for over a year now, with many speculating that the Kansas City Chiefs tight end would pop the question to the singer anytime soon.

Steinfeld and Allen shocked millions when they announced the news of their engagement on Friday, November 29, with stunning photos of the moment the NFL star proposed to the actress.

The photos featured Steinfeld and Allen in front of a stunning floral arch, with the quarterback kneeling down, while the “Bumblebee” star leaned down to kiss him after seemingly saying yes to his proposal.

Surrounding them were a plethora of candles of different sizes, with the stunning beach as their backdrop. Steinfeld and Allen captioned the Instagram post “11.22.24” with two infinity emojis at the beginning and end of the date.

The couple was flooded with congratulatory messages from friends and fans in the comment section. However, one person’s comment stood out the most- Travis Kelce.

The Chiefs’ tight end wrote “Congratulations!!!” along with several hand emojis, and this prompted fans of his famous girlfriend to inquire about a potential engagement between the duo.

One person said, “You next brother,” while another fan commented, “Aww yeah, so cute!! You next.”

A third Swiftie noted, “You’re next!!!! 12/13/2024 let’s gooooo,” implying that Kelce would propose to Swift on her birthday this December.

The duo, who have been dating for over a year now, have made it a point to support each other’s careers as much as they can.

Swift usually attends Kelce’s games despite her busy schedule amid her Eras Tour, while the NFL star ensures he’s at her shows whenever possible.

The Chiefs tight end also hinted recently that their relationship is solid in all aspects. In an episode of his “New Heights” podcast with his brother, Jason Kelce, the charismatic football player boasted that he has never had a “dry spell” in the bedroom.

On the show, the siblings were receiving calls from fans to seemingly share advice on a range of topics before a man in his mid-50s called in, confessing that he was “going through a spell” where his wife was not “interested in sex whatsoever,” with him, asking the brothers for advice on how to go about it.

“I will personally mention that I have no idea what that’s [like],” Kelce joked on the show, as Jason admitted that the issue was a “hard one” to tackle.

Kelce continued, “Maybe just try to get some candles, get some rose petals, try and be a little romantic.”

He added, “Maybe you just gotta rekindle that flame or something, get that thing going. Take her to a nice restaurant. These are all things that I would try and do just based off what I heard. That’s tough, man.”

Elsewhere on the show, another fan called in to ask about relationship milestones, specifically when a couple first farts in front of one another, which suggests they’d seemingly gotten comfortable with each other.

Jason admitted, “I farted in front of Kylie on the third date we ever had,” referring to his wife whom he shares three daughters with.

Kelce added, “Family is a good [sign]. When you get introduced, that’s huge. That’s a next-step kind of thing, for sure.”

Going by the football star’s comments, it means that his relationship with Taylor has hit a milestone, as both partners have met each other’s parents before.

A TikTok user by the name of Taylor Moore recently claimed that she was a seatmate to the “Blank Space” singer’s dad, Scott Swift, on a Southwest Airlines flight out of New Orleans.

Although she “did not ask anything about” Kelce, she noted that Scott gushed about him and his relationship with his famous daughter.

“He did … talk about how much he loves Travis for her, which was super cute,” the social media user recalled.

The TikToker Moore claimed that the 72-year-old Scott subtly shaded Taylor’s exes, allegedly saying, “Out of all of her boyfriends in the last 12 years … Travis has made the biggest impact.”

She also noted that he spoke gleefully about Kelce’s family, calling them a “phenomenal family.”

“He said … ‘I knew they [the family] were amazing,” Moore alleged, adding that Scott “loves [Taylor and Travis] together.”

Moore then called Taylor’s dad “a talker,” claiming that he showed her clips from the pop star’s New Orleans Eras Tour shows.

“He was, like, pointing out his favorite parts,” she said. “He was like, ‘Look how she does this, look at this, I love this part.’ Cutest thing in the world.”
