Aside from singles that are released before a record (many of which tend to be the album opener), it’s the first impression a fan is going to have when taking a listen from front to back.
An outstanding opener can, sometimes, give the wrong impression too. No band is perfect and there are some great songs on bad albums. Fortunately, that’s not the case below as all of these records completely rule!
