The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Kyle Richards has yet to visit estranged husband Mauricio Umansky’s new condo.
On the Tuesday, December 3, episode of RHOBH season 14, Kyle, 55, met up with Mauricio, 54, at their former Beverly Hills home to discuss their future after he moved out and signed a six-month lease on a condo following their July 2023 separation.
“I have yet to go to his place,” Kyle shared on Tuesday’s RHOBH After Show. “He’s invited me a number of times, actually. It just hasn’t worked out yet — I’ve been out of town, I had plans, and then the Jewish holidays just passed and I was like, ‘I have more space here.’ So I’ve been still hosting the Jewish holiday dinners with his family.”
On Tuesday’s episode of RHOBH, Kyle and Mauricio shared scenes for the first time this season as they discussed their living arrangements. On the After Show, Kyle reiterated her thoughts during her confessional that Mauricio buying furniture for his new place made the move feel more “permanent.”
“He said, ‘I need to do this. I’m gonna move out for six months and we’ll figure it out,’” Kyle told Erika Jayne on the After Show. “So I [thought it] was a take it from there type of thing. And then all of a sudden, he’s buying stuff. I’m like, you’re buying another bed, another desk — this doesn’t feel like you went into that thinking that thinking this is [permanent].”
During their sitdown on Tuesday’s episode, Kyle told her estranged husband, “I’m like thinking about you in this condo with no dogs, no gates ringing. You literally have, like, no responsibilities over there. Free as a f—ing breeze, aren’t you.”
Aside from the brief conversation regarding their own relationship, Mauricio also asked Kyle if she had spoken with Dorit and PK Kemsley following their separation. (Dorit and PK announced in May that they had separated after nine years of marriage. The aftermath was shown on the RHOBH season 14 premiere.)

“PK and I always send each other funny memes and jokes and stuff and checking in here and there anyway,” Kyle said. Mauricio confirmed that PK, 57, had moved into a “beautiful” new place.
“He didn’t have to get any furniture,” he revealed. Kyle noted that this was not the case for Mauricio.

“I assumed when Mau got this place, he was going to have it staged because it was ‘temporary,’ but he decided to buy the furniture,” she said in a confessional. “Which, of course, is more permanent.”
When a producer asked Kyle if she thinks there’s a possibility for a reconciliation with Mauricio, she didn’t offer a response.
“I don’t want to answer that question right now,” she said.
