Rivals has been renewed for a second season at Hulu.
Based on Cooper’s bestselling novel of the same name and set against the backdrop of the drama, excess and shocking antics of the social elite of 1980s England, Rivals stars Alex Hassell as Rupert Campbell-Black, an ex-Olympian and Member of Parliament. David Tennant is also among the residents of the fictional English village called Rutshire who regularly battle, flirt and fornicate their way through life.
Additional cast members include Emily Atack (The Inbetweeners), Aidan Turner (Being Human), Danny Dyer (EastEnders) and Katherine Parkinson (Humans).
