James Kennedy‘s arrest report from the Burbank Police Department has just been revealed, showing that the Vanderpump Rules alum was accused of allegedly picking up a victim, who is described as his girlfriend, and throwing her to the ground. James is currently dating Ally Lewber.
As James’ former fiance, Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, 30, looked back on his alleged abuse against her and slammed the idea that what recently went down with her ex was nothing more than a “misunderstanding,” a Dallas venue announced the cancelation of his upcoming DJ gig and a new report shed light on what Ally, 28, is reportedly telling her loved ones.
In the police record obtained by Reality Blurb, which has James name printed on it, cops state that they made contact with a “male and female inside of a residence.”
“Female stated that her boyfriend lifted her up and threw her to the ground,” read a portion of the December 10 arrest log, confirming the charge against James as “domestic battery upon spouse/co-habitant.”
As widely reported, Ally lives with James at his Burbank home, and an earlier report by Us Weekly confirmed that James’ neighbor was the one who called the cops upon witnessing a fight between James and Ally.
After details of his “erratic” behavior leading up to the arrest were shared by a number of outlets, Rachel targeted James on her Instagram page and Instagram Story.
“The amount of times I convinced myself that the abuse I endured by James Kennedy Georgiou was a ‘misunderstanding’ is sickening,” she stated, along with a screenshot from TMZ.
Rachel also included a link to a past podcast episode from her since-canceled Rachel Goes Rogue, and told her fans and followers on her Story, “If you listen to the episode, this is the pdf sent to me by my therapist I was referencing.”
In her attached pdf, different types of abuse, including physical, sexual, and verbal, were explained.
As for James’ upcoming gig, Komodo Lounge Dallas has confirmed he will no longer perform at their venue on January 17, 2025.
“After careful consideration, we made the decision to cancel his upcoming appearance,” a venue insider told the Daily Mail on December 13.
The cancellation was announced just after James promoted the appearance on his Instagram page, saying Komodo Dallas was his “favorite spot” in Texas.
According to the Daily Mail, James still has performances scheduled in several cities, including Milwaukee, Seattle, and Atlanta, in the coming months.
As for how Ally has been doing in the days since his arrest, an insider recently claimed she’s “okay.”
“Ally has been telling friends she’s doing OK,” a source told Page Six. “She’s definitely safe and not in danger with James.”
On Friday, Ally was photographed at the home she and James share, smiling as she spoke to someone on the phone.

After James’ arrest, his attorneys released a statement, saying that because there were “no injuries,” they were hoping the city attorney’s office would “decide not to file formal charges” against him.
