Brittany Cartwright offered an update on her son Cruz’s speech delay on her Instagram Story after reuniting with the three-and-a-half-year-old following a trip to New York City earlier this month.
As she discussed her holiday plans, revealed if she’ll spend time with her estranged husband, Jax Taylor, 45, for Christmas, and looked back on her “short stint” with Julian Sensley, 42, the 35-year-old cast member of The Valley and former Vanderpump Rules star confirmed Cruz is still not able to tell her he loves her.
“He may not be able to tell me he loves me yet, but he sure shows me [every day],” Brittany, who previously shared that Cruz was in speech therapy, wrote in the caption of a December 11 post shared to her Story.
Before arriving back at her Valley Village home, which she previously shared with Jax, Brittany was met by a photographer at the airport, who asked her about the upcoming holidays and how she’d been holding up amid her and Jax’s split.
“I’m doing good, actually. I feel fine,” she confirmed to TMZ. “I make it very special for my son so the whole house is decked out and I’m basically like Mrs. Clause. [The holidays are] tough, but I go to Kentucky and spend it with so much of my family.”
While Brittany said she would not be spending any time with Jax “this year,” she suggested they could “maybe” celebrate joint holidays in the future — but not in a romantic sense.
“We’re just trying to figure things out. There’s a lot going on,” she explained. She then noted that when it came to their marriage, “That ship has sailed.”
Then, after saying there would be “no” holiday hookup between them, she shared that things with her and Julian had “been over for a while.”
“I’m very single,” she revealed. “[But] we’ll see what happens.”
The Valley season two is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime in early 2025.
