Here’s a wonderful video for you to watch that explores the magical series of letters that J.R.R. Tolkien wrote to his children detailing the adventure of Father Christmas.

“In addition to Polar Bear hijinks and Christmas preparations, Father Christmas would reveal the dangers of the North Pole – particularly attacks by Goblins!”
This is so cool! I had no idea that these letters existed and I love that Tolkien used his talents to creatively turn Christmas into an awesome tradition for his family.
