ComingSoon can exclusively announce that Jackie Dallas has joined The Hunting Wives cast, and will appear in the upcoming Starz mystery thriller series.
Dallas will join a cast that continues to grow into an all-star ensemble. Previously, it was announced that Dermot Mulroney, Malin Akerman, and Brittany Snow would lead the series. The Hunting Waives has no official release information as of now, but is slated to premiere sometime in 2025.
Dallas most recently starred opposite Jean-Claude Van Damme and Kristanna Loken in the action thriller Darkness of Man, and has also appeared in projects like Twisted Marriage Therapist, Not Another Zombie Movie, Stranger Things, Magnum PI, Criminal Minds, Fear the Walking Dead, and more.
What do we know about The Hunting Wives?
“The series follows Sophie O’Neil and her family’s move from the East Coast to deep East Texas, where she succumbs to socialite Margo’s irresistible charms — and finds her life consumed by obsession, seduction and murder,” reads the logline.
Based on May Cobb’s 2021 thriller novel, The Hunting Wives is executive produced and written by Rebecca Cutter, who will also be set as the showrunner. Alex Alberts, Tara Roy, and Christina Jokanovich are overseeing the project in behalf of Starz, while Scott Herbst and Courtney Mock will oversee for Lionsgate Television. It is produced by 3 Arts Entertainment’s Erwin Stoff and Lionsgate Television, with Cobb executive producing.
