Jamie Foxx reportedly wants to press charges against the person responsible for injuring him during the alleged assault that occurred at his birthday dinner.

A source revealed to TMZ that the Oscar-winning actor intends to press charges in order to prevent similar incidents from happening to others. However, no arrests have been made yet, and a person of interest has not been identified. Additionally, the police want to speak with the individual accused of throwing the glass during the assault, and they have obtained surveillance footage from Mr. Chow’s restaurant in Beverly Hills. However, they did not disclose any further details.
The outlet reported that police are still interviewing witnesses and gathering details for the case. As previously reported, Jamie Foxx was having dinner with family and friends when someone allegedly projected an image of a penis onto his table. He reportedly became upset and confronted a group of individuals because his daughters were present at the dinner.

Foxx has broken his silence about the incident and also acknowledged the success of his Netflix special in an Instagram post.
