Dorit Kemsley is facing rumors of a potential new romance after spending time with a mystery man at a hotel.
Amid her ongoing separation from estranged husband Paul “PK” Kemsley, 57, the 48-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has insisted she isn’t yet dating. However, a new photo of her and the unnamed man, who called her his “baby,” may be hinting at otherwise.
“With my baby,” the mystery man wrote in the caption of an Instagram Story pic, via a screenshot shared by Hot Tea With Tiff.
After the man tagged Dorit with the post and revealed their location as Hotel Chelsea in New York City, Dorit reshared the image on her own Story, further fueling rumors of a potential love connection.
Following the posting, Hot Tea With Tiff labeled the man as Dorit’s “boo.”
“Dorit done got her a man … word on the curb is that this is Miss Dorit’s new man. He’s fine. He’s fine, he’s young. And I know she’s ready to start living her life and being back out there with a man. Again, this is word on the street,” she clarified.
While appearing on Bravo’s Hot Mic podcast last month, Dorit addressed the possibility of dating, admitting that while she was “allowed,” she wasn’t quite ready.
“It’s very weird because I try to almost think, ‘Am I supposed to be dating people? Is that allowed? Well, of course, it’s allowed. We’re separated. Is PK dating someone?’ I think it’s still so fresh,” she explained. “I’m not in the headspace where I think I’m ready or open.”
That said, Dorit continued, if she found out that PK was dating, she “might be more inclined to.”
As for what PK has said about dating, he appeared on the same podcast, where he mentioned that he and Dorit were focused on their two kids, Jagger, 10, and Phoenix, 8, rather than getting back together.
“We’re focusing on trying to find a new way of living and make sure the kids are as least affected as possible,” he noted.
PK then said that the more time passes, the less likely they’ll be to reconcile.
“There’s always the risk that Dorit will meet someone, I’ll meet someone … There are a lot of challenges and a lot of scenarios that can get in the way of healing the relationship,” he admitted.
