Boosie’s parenting style may be unconventional, but when it comes to celebrating his kids’ birthdays, he goes all out.
The rapper recently shared a heartfelt post on Instagram showcasing the special moment he gifted his daughter, Lyric Beyonce Hatch, a brand new Porsche for her 16th birthday. Boosie captioned the post, “HAPPY 16TH BDAY #lyricbeyoncehatch DADDY LOVE U ALWAYS N FOREVER IT! ENJOY YOUR DAY 2025 #porsche.”
While many supporters applauded him for the generous gift, some critics had negative things to say, with a few suggesting that he might eventually take it back, as he did with his daughter Toriana Hatch. However, Boosie is not only defending himself against these critics but also sending a message to those who continue to question his parenting. He stated:
“Be happy for a child. SMH she’s a 16 year old straight A student with a 2025 Porsche that’s paid for! I only took one car back out of 5, boo boo! Some kids’ phones get taken when they mess up, and some kids’ cars get taken when they mess up. It’s called #parenting. So y’all worry about them Android phones and iPhones, and I’m going to worry about these Porsches, Benzes, and Audi trucks, LOL. And one more thing! What did your baby daddy get your child for her 16th? What did your daddy get you for your 16th? G6666, where I’m from, doing for your kids is ‘keeping it gangsta #southbatonrougeG.’”
In 2022, Boosie gifted his daughter Tori a pink Mercedes-Benz for her 16th birthday. However, a year later, Tori revealed that he took the car back, even though she admitted she didn’t like the color either. Boosie took to Instagram around that time to explain his actions. In his post, he said he took back the $80,000 Mercedes-Benz after her mother filed for child support.

“I’ve always taken care of my children,” he wrote in a lengthy message. “She wasn’t saying this two weeks ago when she was in Atlanta going on shopping sprees every day and has never said this, but now I’m not a dad (Spoiled).”
“If you go down to talk about your father, tell the truth about your mother, who’s been arrested over 12 times for stealing and has been in and out of jail her whole life,” he continued. “Your dad always tried to raise you not to be this woman. You called another woman ‘mama’ the first three years of your life. We took care of you when she was in and out of jail. Your mother named you after another man when you were born. I changed your name and took responsibility.”
“When you lived in Atlanta, you went to private schools and excelled under my roof,” he went on to say. “When she got you, she controlled your mind. What mom lets 19-year-old men stay with you when you were 15? SMH. What mom and daughter get together to file for child support against a great dad and then pretend like you don’t know what’s going on? What mom waits until YOU have 19 months before you turn 18 to file for child support? LOL, it’s a money grab. GTFOH. You have no guidance in that household.”
Their relationship has been strained ever since, but Boosie has not given up on trying to make it work.
