But I guess life has to … I gotta start living again, whatever that looks like, whatever my new normal looks like, I have to start.”

The Southern Charm star expressed how deeply the separation impacted him, revealing the emotional toll of losing someone with whom he had shared so much of his life. “It’s OK,” he admitted, acknowledging that relationships are complex and require mutual effort. “It takes two people to be in a relationship, and you can’t control other people. You can only control how you react to it, so,” Conover said.
