Royce Reed won’t let a cease and desist stop her from battling baby daddy Dwight Howard as the baller continues flexing on his ex with new fiancée Amy Luciani.

As BOSSIP previously reported, Reed ended 2024 with a new account dedicated to putting the NBA champ on blast. She launched the “I Had A Baby By Superman” page with a 9-part exposé alleging “deadbeat” deeds, threats, and physical, emotional, and sexual abuse. Howard went the “too blessed to be stressed” route. He only responded to The Shade Room by wishing his ex the best and flaunting his love with LHHATL‘s Amy Luciani.
Dwight Howard Threatens Royce Reed With Legal Actions In ‘Baby By Superman’ Series Cease & Desist
When Reed doubled down on the dragging, she received a cease and desist letter threatening legal action. It stated that she fabricated stories about Howard and continued “escalating statements and potentially defamatory statements.” Reed has a Jan. 7 deadline to remove the “I Had A Baby By Superman” series and all other allegations from public platforms.
If she doesn’t comply, the letter states the Basketball Wives alum could face some serious legal action. Instead of backing down from the legal fight, Reed, took this to social media, too. In addition to posting the letter from Adam Gleklen of Gleklen Law Firm, she touted it as proof of her claims that Howard also intimidates her in court. The caption ended with a shady sub at an unknown someone (whose name may or may not rhyme), calling them a “COWaaaarrrrrrddd!”
“Welp! We knew this was coming. I guess it’s too many ppl on my side now… Ants just crawling up that leg… #bitebybite,” she wrote with crying laughing emojis. “#ceaseanddesist WHAT MOOOORE DO YOU WAAAAANNNNTTTT FROM MEEEEE?! I guess you’re going to send the whole world a cease and desist huh?” she wrote.
Clearly, the threat of a lawsuit isn’t shutting down or shutting up Reed, even if she can’t afford to fight Howard in court.
