Reflecting on her outburst, Dorit explained on the After Show how Kyle’s actions triggered a strong emotional response. According to Dorit, she had tried to give Kyle the benefit of the doubt, hoping to hear a more honest explanation about her ongoing conversations with PK. Instead, she was left stunned by Kyle’s dismissive reaction, which she felt only deepened her frustration.
“I really wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt and let her explain herself rather than jump to conclusions,” Dorit shared. “But when I got the response I did, it completely threw me off. It made me question things that I hadn’t even considered before.”
Kyle, however, was quick to defend her actions. She believed Dorit was using her communication with PK as an excuse to justify her recent behavior.
“She’s been searching for a reason to lash out at me,” Kyle said. “When she couldn’t come up with a specific issue, she just grasped at anything. It’s like she needed something to blame, and my messages with PK were the perfect scapegoat.”
Kyle went on to challenge Dorit’s behavior, questioning her morals and accusing her of stirring up unnecessary conflict. “I honestly wondered, ‘Do you even have any morals?’” Kyle said. “We’ve been trying to make up, and now you’re finding new reasons to get mad at me? I’m not going to tolerate it.”
But Dorit was not having it. “It’s pure deflection,” she snapped. “She’s acting like I’m just looking for a reason to be upset, but that’s not the case. It’s all so ridiculous.”
The tension between the two quickly escalated to the point where both women seemed ready to explode. Dorit recounted how Kyle Richard’s shouting match had pushed her to the limit. “When she started screaming at me, I thought, ‘Oh no, you’re not going to get away with this.’ I was ready to scream right back,” Dorit recalled. “And honestly, I would do the same thing today.”
As the other ladies watched the confrontation unfold, many were shocked by the intensity of the exchange. “I’ve never seen anything like that,” Garcelle Beauvais admitted, noting that she thought the altercation might have permanently damaged their friendship. “I honestly thought that after that night, their relationship would never be the same.”
Erika Jayne agreed, adding that the tension between Dorit and Kyle Richards had reached a breaking point. “Once you get to a place like this, there’s no turning back,” Erika said. Kyle Richards agreed, acknowledging the irreversible nature of the fallout.

He’s very much a part of our lives,” Kyle explained. “But I’ll always stand by the women. If I had to choose, I’ll side with the girls every time.”
Dorit, however, remained unconvinced. She pointed out that if the roles were reversed, Kyle Richards would likely feel differently. Kyle disagreed, insisting that Dorit knew her well enough to understand her loyalty.
As the drama continued to unfold, Dorit accused Kyle Richards of prying into her personal life, especially regarding her estranged husband. “Do you really think Kyle hasn’t been asking me about Mauricio whenever he and PK get together?” Dorit fired back, suggesting that Kyle’s actions weren’t as innocent as she claimed.
In the midst of the turmoil, Sutton Stracke and Garcelle weighed in, agreeing that it was inappropriate for women to be in constant contact with each other’s ex-husbands. Garcelle, in particular, sided with Dorit, stating that Kyle had crossed a line with her behavior. “Kyle was definitely in the wrong here,” Garcelle said.
