Linda De Sousa Abreu, a 30-year-old OnlyFans model and former British prison guard whose intimate tape with a burglar inmate went viral, has been sentenced to 15 months in prison for having sex with prisoner, Linton Weirich, 36.

On June 28, 2024, the former British prison guard, of Fulham and stationed at HMP Wandsworth in South London, was arrested after an intimate tape went viral showing her engaging in repeated sexual relations with an inmate convicted of burglary. She was caught at Heathrow Airport while attempting to flee to Madrid, Spain.
The former prison guard, who’s also an OnlyFans model who previously appeared on a local British TV series about swinging, pled guilty to misconduct in a public office. According to the Telegraph, the former prison guard appeared on camera, wearing a full uniform, as she had sex with the inmate inside his prison cell. The video was soon uploaded online and went viral last year.
On Monday (January 6), after admitting to three separate sexual encounters with the burglar inmate, the former British prison guard was sentenced at Isleworth Crown Court to 15 months in prison, half to be served in custody and the remainder on licence (similar to house arrest or supervised release). She’s also earned 95 days against her sentence having been on curfew for 190 days before sentencing.

Judge Martin Edmunds KC, the Recorder of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, told the former British prison guard, “The recording lasts some four-and-a-half minutes. You participated with evident enthusiasm. A second prisoner [who appeared to smoke cannabis] recorded events [on an unauthorized phone] and provided commentary by way of encouragement, including saying: ‘Guys we made history;’ ‘This is how we live at Wandsworth, bruv;’ and ‘You know you are a gangsta.’”
The judge also said, “One was performing oral sex on the same prisoner on a separate occasion on the same day, an event partly recorded, by accident, on your prison-issued body-worn camera. The other was a previous occasion of sexual intercourse with the same prisoner. They show that this offense was not isolated. It was part of repeated behavior. It is not clear when the earliest offense occurred so I shall assume the repetition was within a few days.”
He added, “You knew that conduct was forbidden and forbidden for good reason. You put fellow officers at increased risk. It is inevitable that the damage for which you were responsible at Wandsworth has spread, to some degree, through the prison estate.”

Meanwhile, in a statement read to the court, Andrew Davy, the Governor of HMP Wandsworth, said, “It has taken many years for female staff to be respected and treated professionally in a male-dominated environment. The action of this defendant has undone years of positive and rewarding prisoner interactions in less than a day.”
The former British prison guard’s attorney, Rajiv Menon KC, told the court that she accepted “full responsibility” for her actions, while also requesting a reduced sentence. He cited his client’s “severe personality disorder” and ADHD that made her a “highly impulsive and reckless person who tends to act without considering the consequences.”
He told the court, “[The doctor] concludes that Ms Abreu is a highly emotional and damaged individual who over the years has increasingly used sex as a means to feel positive emotions. We submit on her behalf that the mental disorder should in all fairness significantly reduce her culpability in this case.”
