The lineup for the 2000s-era indie rock-heavy Just Like Heaven festival has yet to be officially announced, but billboards have sprung up in southern California confirming a bill led by Vampire Weekend and the reunited Rilo Kiley, who haven’t played live since June 2008.
Just Like Heaven, which will be held May 10 at Brookside at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Ca., will also include Empire of the Sun, Bloc Party, TV on the Radio, the Drums, Courtney Barnett, Toro y Moi, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Grouplove and Slowdive.

Some of the same acts are also performing at the Kilby Block Party in Salt Lake City the following weekend, the web site for which has a conspicuous “announcing soon” placeholder for an artist suspected to be Rilo Kiley.
The Jenny Lewis-led group released four well-regarded albums between 2001 and 2007, after which Lewis has focused on her solo career and participated in two, 10-years-apart reunions of the Postal Service. Rilo Kiley also included guitarist Blake Sennett, bassist Pierre de Reeder and drummer Jason Boesel.
The closest the group has come to reuniting was in 2015, when Sennett made a surprise appearance during Lewis’ solo Coachella set to play the Rilo Kiley song “Portions for Foxes.”
In 2012, they teased fans with a Facebook message saying that a “record is almost finished,” but the project in question turned out to be the rarities collection Rkives, which was eventually released the following year.
