Cardi B Says Offset Didn’t Buy Gifts for Their Kids at Christmas

Cardi B has publicly slammed her ex-husband Offset, also known as Kiari Kendrell Cephus, for not gracing their kids with presents on Christmas. She revealed that despite being in the city, he didn’t fulfill his fatherly responsibilities and seemingly neglected their kids on such a joyous occasion. Moreover, Cardi B called Offset out for not finalizing their divorce, once and for all.

Cardi B accuses Offset of not buying gifts for their kids

The “I Like It” singer and her former spouse share three children: two daughters and a son.

Recently, Cardi B took to X’s (formerly Twitter) Spaces feature to rant about Offset being a neglectful parent towards their kids. She criticized him for not buying his children gifts despite being in New York City during holiday times. Moreover, Cardi B urged Offset to quit making up stories about how much he loves their kids, given that he is unable to even purchase any gifts for them. She also allegedly slammed him for buying gifts for other children but not bothering to get ones for hers.

Expressing her disappointment with Offset’s behavior, Cardi B said, “What hurts me though is when m*therf*k*rs try to be spiteful toward my kids. That sh#t really be f**g pissing me off.” She further revealed that she can’t help but call him out publicly due to his hurtful actions and not settling their divorce. Furthermore, her ex-husband’s behavior has continued to bother her even when she is at peace.

Offset and Cardi B first sparked romance rumors when she featured in his song, “Lick,” in 2017. The former pair reportedly got married in September 2017 and welcomed their first daughter, Kulture, in July of the following year. Their son, Wave, was born in September 2021 while their younger daughter arrived in September 2024. However, Cardi B officially filed for divorce from Offset earlier in July of the same year.
