Emmy Sharrett on Her & Will’s Absence at Southern Hospitality Party

Emmy Sharrett revealed why she and her boyfriend Will Kulp did not attend the Southern Hospitality premiere party amid rumors that Will cheated. She also shared why Will deactivated his Instagram and addressed how her family feels about him.

In the season three premiere, co-stars claimed Will was unfaithful while studying at law school. At one point, TJ Dinch warned Emmy that Will would “f**k [her] over.” In season two, Will denied an accusation that he kissed another woman, and Emmy stood by him.

On January 3, podcaster Gibson Johns reported that Emmy and Will did not attend the premiere party and that Will deactivated his account on Instagram.

Emmy responded in a comment on X.

“Me and Will are in Jackson Hole skiing with my family,” she shared, via @bravoandblaze on Instagram. “Will wanted less social media distractions so he deactivated his Instagram to focus more on law school.”

“My family loves Will and knows he is the farthest thing from who he’s being portrayed to be (as do I but if I say that everyone will call me delusional),” she added.

In a January 2 interview with Decider, TJ and Bradley Carter addressed rumors about Will’s alleged infidelity.

“A lot of this [information] genuinely came to us,” said Bradley.

TJ added, “I think there was a point where so much was falling into our laps that we ourselves began to question the severity behind the issues and how factual they potentially were. Then we asked some questions … There was never an initial, ‘Let’s find this out and nail Will down.’”

As for TJ’s involvement in the upcoming mess, the star explained, “This is my first summer of being a little bit more involved and having more of a voice. I’m looking forward to it. I think there’s going to be a lot of good things that come from this, a lot of friendships that are mended and some that are [in a] not-so-great place right now. But I also start a business on camera this year, which I’m really excited about, and it’s been a huge part of my life the last six months and I can’t wait to share.”
