Jana Kramer Breaks Silence On ‘Biggest Regret With My Boobs’

Jana Kramer loves all, but this one thing about her breast augmentation surgery.

The actress got candid on why her decision to go in for her breast surgery did not come from a logical perspective and was borne out of insecurity.

Jana Kramer battled a series of infidelity in her marriage to ex-husband Mike Caussin, which took a hit on her self-esteem and body image.

In a recent episode of her “Whine Down” podcast, the TV star expressed her biggest regret regarding her breast augmentation.

She reflected on whether her decision was truly for herself or influenced by external factors. During her marriage to Mike Caussin, who she described as unfaithful, she felt insecure when comparing herself to other women. In her words:

“My biggest regret with my boobs is that I don’t know if I solely did it for me.”

“I would see the women that he was cheating with, and I’m like, ‘I look nothing like them,” Kramer further stated. The actress noted that she considered the idea that if she had larger breasts, it might have influenced her partner’s fidelity, potentially making her feel “sexier or something like that.”

The actress also reflected on her post-divorce experience, sharing that it was not entirely negative.

She mentioned enjoying her newfound freedom, particularly emphasizing that her new boobs felt “fresh” and “non-touched” since her ex-husband, Caussin, never had the chance to appreciate it due to their divorce. 

Her marriage, which lasted from 2015 to 2021, witnessed infidelity from him with multiple partners.

Kramer cited “inappropriate marital conduct, irreconcilable differences, and adultery” as reasons for their split. Following the divorce, she was granted primary custody of their two children, Jolie and Jace.

The actress added that she is now contemplating the possibility of having her breast implants removed in favor of a breast lift. This decision also enjoys the backing of her current Allan Russell. 

Emphasizing her desire for a more natural look, she said: “I think I kind of just want it to be more natural and not have an implant in there,” Kramer said. “So when that time comes for me to take them out and redo them again, I don’t think I’d put them back in.”

Kramer and Russell began their relationship in late 2022, and after just six months of dating, the couple became engaged. They celebrated their union in July 2024 with a wedding in Russell’s home country, Scotland. Together, they are raising their one-year-old son, Roman.

The estranged couple have put their past behind them and settled for a more supportive relationship. As shared by The Blast, Kramer gave a shout-out to Caussin when she released her book “The Next Chapter” in 2023.

In a heartfelt post featuring a photo of herself and Mike smiling together, the mother-of-two expressed immense gratitude for his unwavering support during the week of her book release. 

She recounted how the athlete was among the first to reach out on the publication day, emphasizing the importance of this gesture given that her book addresses difficult stories from their shared past. 

Kramer noted that his acknowledgment of the book’s significance to her healing journey meant a great deal, highlighting how valuable his support was, even amidst discussing challenging memories.

The author also conveyed that the former tight end’s understanding and encouragement truly resonated with her as she navigates her path of growth.

In the book, Kramer touches on themes that many can relate to, highlighting the universal struggles of self-worth, self-love, loneliness, and the challenges of battling anxiety. 

The writer’s insights offer a profound reflection on these significant aspects of the human experience, resonating deeply with readers. She also highlighted that amidst various struggles, there exists a promise of hope and healing on the other side. 

Additionally, the author tackled inquiries regarding the presence of her ex-husband on her podcast, clarifying that the focus of her book was to celebrate their journey.

In her discussion, Kramer clarified that although the book references her past, it does not focus exclusively on him or any particular ex-partner.

Instead, she stressed the narrative centers on her personal journey, highlighting behavior patterns, self-improvement, and the transformative healing process.
