Tom Schwartz shared an update on his relationship with Sophia Skoro, hinted at meeting his ex-wife Katie Maloney’s new boyfriend Nick Martin, and addressed his involvement on The Valley.
In April 2024, Tom, 42, announced his relationship with Sophia, 24. Later that year, after Bravo fired the entire cast of Vanderpump Rules, reports surfaced that Tom was filming in some capacity for its spinoff, The Valley.
“Me and Katie still have joint custody of [our dogs], and she dropped [them] off yesterday,” said Tom in an interview with E! News. “But I met Nick, and he’s so cool, so down to earth, and obviously, a rock star. And listen, I love seeing her happy. She’s happy, I’m happy.”
“He’s a stud,” Tom went on. “Katie’s always dated musicians. I was an anomaly … Katie and [I are] on great terms. It feels good to say that. There’s no drama.”
Then, while speaking with Us Weekly, Tom shared that he and Sophia broke up.
“Honestly, I am not formally dating anyone,” he said. “I am just hanging out. So, there is not much to say about my love life.”
The star claimed he did “nothing” this Valentine’s Day. “I was in Minnesota. With one of my first loves: the great state of Minnesota,” he explained.
He also told the outlet that he’s happy only making appearances on The Valley.
“Time will tell. But they want to keep — this is my interpretation — The Valley pure,” said Tom. “I think it is good the way it is … I am sure they will sprinkle me in at times. I just love the Bravo family so of course I would love to be a part of whatever world I fall into.”
“They might pepper a little Schwartz in here or there. We will see. What I do know just because they are my friends and I know what is going on, it is going to be a hell of a season,” the star continued. “Obviously I wasn’t there all the time. But just from talking to my friends who were on the show, it is going to be a doozy … It is going to be a hell of a season. Maybe one of the best second season debuts ever — from what I am hearing.”
