Dorit Kemsley is Irritated That Kyle Continues to Text With PK

According to a source, Dorit Kemsley finds it “irritating” and “intrusive” that Kyle Richards “continues to text” and talk to Dorit’s estranged husband PK Kemsley, and she warned Kyle to “mind [her] own business or else.”

On the current season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Dorit confronted her friend Kyle, with whom she’s feuding, for texting PK amid their separation. Kyle claimed they were sending only memes, though she later read out a text suggesting otherwise. After the confrontation, Kyle promised to stop texting him.

“Dorit doesn’t think Kyle’s after him or anything, it’s more the principle of the thing,” said an insider in an interview with In Touch. “Dorit finds it intrusive and irritating that Kyle continues to text and talk to PK, asking him how he’s doing and offering advice.”

The source claimed their drama is affecting Dorit and PK’s relationship.

“As of now, Dorit and PK are still separated and barely on speaking terms, and this isn’t helping, if you ask Dorit,” said the insider. “She’s confronted Kyle with the warning, mind your own business or else.”

“Kyle doesn’t think she should drop PK as a friend just because of their marital problems and in her defense, she’s just being a good friend, but it’s got the gals taking sides and it’s causing major drama behind the scenes,” the source added.

The In Touch article was published on February 11, and these days, it does appear that PK and Dorit are on better terms. The exes were photographed at Disney with their kids over the weekend. They reportedly reunited to celebrate their daughter Phoenix’s birthday.

In a recent episode, Dorit called out how Kyle started yelling amid their argument over the texts. “She knows she did something wrong, and now she’s just trying to get aggressive and scream so that I will back down and shut the conversation down,” said Dorit at the time.

Later in the season, Dorit shared that she and PK got to a better place after he allegedly sent her a threatening email.

“I picked up the phone, and [PK and I] start talking like we’re friends,” she said. “I’m talking to him, and there is the father of my children. The man that I believed no longer existed.”

On the RHOBH: After Show, Dorit recalled a conversation with her son Jagger amid the separation.

“We were walking the dogs one night and he said, ‘Mommy, are you and Daddy divorced?’” shared Dorit. “And I said, ‘No.’ [And then] I said, ‘You know, Jagger, sometimes two people need some time apart even though they love each other very much, and most importantly, Daddy and I love you and your sister more than anything in this world and nothing will change.’”

“So after that, the follow-up question was, ‘Okay, but you will tell me if you were divorced?’ And I said to Jagger, ‘I would tell you way before Daddy and I divorced.’ So that was enough for him,” she went on. “If I’m being totally honest, I think, all these months later, as long as they see PK and I okay together … that’s truly what would make things easier for them. … [And] when they want to know more, they are going to ask specific questions. And because they’re not, I feel like they almost don’t really want a lot of detail.”
