A woman named Brittney Bell is accusing her ex-boyfriend Sarunas Jackson of physically abusing her after finding out that he lied about impregnating another woman named Tesha Gamino. Meanwhile, Sarunas Jackson’s first child’s mother, fellow ‘Insecure’ actor DomiNque Perry supports his ex.

On March 1, Tesha Gamino took to Instagram to air out Sarunas Jackson. Gamino claims they only had a physical relationship, nothing emotional, when she got pregnant.
She proceeds to claim that after finding out about her being with child, Jackson “lied on her.” She further alleges that he “begged” for her to get an abortion and “got mad” when she refused. Gamino says he ghosted her for about three weeks. He then finally reached out as he attempted to “cover his a**” with his then-girlfriend, Brittney Bell.

Gamino says Jackson told her to “ignore” DMs from Bell because he hadn’t yet told her about their situation. Accompanying her lengthy caption, Gamino shared tons of alleged receipts. They included DMs between her and Bell, texts between her and Jackson, and voice recordings of her and Jackson.
Two weeks later, around March 13, Brittney Bell took to her TikTok to share a 5-minute video calling out her “F-list” ex-boyfriend, who fans quickly speculated to be Sarunas Jackson. Bell says she and her ex had an on/off-again relationship since 2021 and even took care of his daughter — whom he shares with DomiNque Perry.

Sarunas Jackson’s Ex-Girlfriend Brittney Bell Accuses Him Of Physically Abusing Her For A Second Time
Bell claims she was told “lies” and “manipulated” throughout their relationship. She says finally in December 2024, she wrote him an email to break things off indefinitely. She says he called her about the email and successfully “convinced” her to forgive him and take him back.
In January 2025, Bell says the “love of her life” finally admitted that he “has a new baby coming.” However, he allegedly explains that in 2021, he donated sperm to a sperm bank. He claims that a woman froze it and unfroze it, and then inserted it without his knowledge.

Brittney Bell says during their argument about impregnating another woman, Sarunas Jackson allegedly got physical with her. Allegedly, this happened to be the second time in their relationship.
In the midst of Tesha Gamino and Brittney Bell airing out “liar” and “cheater” and “physical abuser” Sarunas Jackson, his first child’s mother, DomiNque Perry, offers support to Bell. In November 2023, Perry accused him of abuse during their custody battle.
